The best quesabirria tacos I’ve ever had. Everything from the hot sauce to the consomé to the meat and cheese was amazing. They can be hard to catch before they sell out but totally worth it. Just try and check their FB page and catch them early.

Heard about their food truck through a local foodie FB page. Was headed home one afternoon when I spotted the truck at Hibbet. I’ve tried the Al Pastor and Carne asada – Best tacos in the area!

Everything from here is delicious. My favorite is the brisket taco that is occasionally offered. My top faves: birria tacos, al pastor tacos and carne asada tacos. The salsa verde is the best salsa they hav imo but it is a little spicy. The menu offerings are very slim and basic but the flavor is outstanding. Wait times are unpredictable but usually under 30 minutes even when they r super busy. The only thing I dont like about this place is their inconsistent hours and they dont update fb about their closings in real-time.

Their shrimp tacos are my favorite and everything was so flavorful. One of the best shrimp tacos in town.

Seriously the best place to get tacos anywhere near Leavenworth/Lansing, I tried the Asada tacos and the Pastor tacos and seriously are very authentic, better than some taquerias in KC. I’ve had Pastor tacos from probably 6-8 different places in the KC area and this is by far the best. Definitely come here!

Best tacos in Leavenworth ! If you haven’t tried Birria tacos, you’ve got to make a stop at this taco truck! I recommend following their facebook page as their hours and location can vary since they are a restaurant on wheels. Beware, the wait can be long. Sometimes 30 mins to an hour depending on when you get there. But I guarantee you their food is worth the wait. They also have a really nice family atmosphere. Music, picnic tables, jenga, and more. So it’s easy to relax and have fun while you wait to eat. The customer service is also superb. The couple who works this truck are really great people. One of my favorite places to eat!

There are no complaints about the food, everything is excellent. Highly recommend Thursday nights (almost always on Thursdays, sometimes there are exceptions) for Birria night. If your wait for you food is lengthy, it is completely worth it. My one and only issue is the change up of the hours. Started out posted outside of a bar opening late and being open late. I personally do not get out of work until 6pm so for me this was perfect, but currently with the hours, I am lucky if I make it there in time to get the special. I will still try to make it every Thursday after work haha because you just can’t get birria like that around here.

Whenever I feel like I want tacos (which is very rare) wild cactex is the first thing I check to see what the specials are, to see of they’re open, to see where they’re at. I’m OBSESSED with the street tacos. I tried the Birria Quesotacos this past Thursday, and I was not disappointed. I will be coming here for a very long time.

Best Mexican food in town hands down. No one can beat how cheap and good the food actually is. And the esticic of the truck and the decerations just make the experience all the better.

I’m a huge fan of elotes. Tried it there and it was like I was drinking lime rather than eating street corn. I couldn’t finish it, even after draining all of the lime juice out.
