Definitely 0-star if I can. The worst customer service I’ve met in the past 10 years! The lady and the man are both impatient and rude to customers. Prepare your own food before you come to the zoo. Don’t spend a cent here!

Overpriced if course but the worst part is the cold bun, cold cheese, and cold burger. Also charging for refills when your soda is already $7 is a ripoff.

Don’t plan on having a late lunch here. They shut down at 3:00 p.m. apparently even though the zoo closes at 5:00…..
