I have always loved this restaurant, but this particular one was horrible.. first the dining room was closed, we had to use drive thru because they were short (we were told) and the worker had a horrible attitude. I couldn’t drink the shake because it had crunchy things in it and according to their online menu, it wasn’t supposed to have anything crunchy in it. The hot dog with bacon in it was nauseating because the bacon parts had no meat at all, it was just chunks of fat and grizzle. It was all very nasty and made me sick to my stomach. It was disgusting

The management I encountered today was prejudice and rude. I asked to use the restroom she said we lost the key last night I respectably ask can I use the one you use. She told me to go next door or across the street. I’m a working woman just like her I really need help and she looked at me with a blank stare. Shame on you wienerschitzel on Auburn Blvd. In Sacramento. Not only did you charge me for and add cheese when I didn’t order cheese or even like cheese. But seeing the pics of a chilli dog I have to believe that there is more than a quarter of a teaspoon of chilli on your chilli dogs. Being that I was at home didn’t have hotdog buns or bread that night I ended up using tortillas to eat my so called chilli dogs off of. To add total insult to injury I didn’t even get my corndog that I ordered and paid for. Shame shame shame. I will never go to that location again no matter much I am craving a chilli dog. Another thing about this store which is BS is that my buddy and I were there one day for lunch. He wanted to order the two chilli dog meal but only wanted one chilli dog and asked if he could sub the other with a Kraut dog. The employees said he couldn’t make any substitutions. That their boss would reprimand them if they did so. The kraut and chilli dogs are the same price on the menu. SMH I really think you guys should stop trying to hustle cheese on your dogs unless the customer orders it especially when you charge people for it that don’t even order it and give it to them regardless. What if I had a food allergy to dairy and cheese and but into the dog without Noticing there was cheese on it and went into anaphylactic shock because your employees are forced to ask if you want cheese or just not smart enough to think if some says I would like to order a chilli dog and not a chilli cheese dog that they would want cheese in it. Shame on you Der Wienerschitzel shame on you big time!!! To top it off here one time I was getting lunch here there was a man I assumed to be the owner reaming a manager in the lobby in front of other customers which made everyone there very uncomfortable. Never again will I eat here. If you can’t respect your employees, I can’t respect your wallet and spend my money here.
