Used to be a favorite spot of mine to hit up after work. Last time I came, they were testing out an AI ordering system, and it felt very impersonal. Additionally I can’t, in good faith, support an establishment knowing the AI listening to my order is directly replacing someone’s livelihood. Left a bad taste in my mouth, probably won’t be returning if this is the new normal.

Don’t go to this location. They rip me off two times in a row. I ordered chili cheese fries and a chili dog and they didn’t give me any chili. Are you kidding me? I order again a week later same thing no chili what’s wrong with you guys, I hope whoever is doing this gets fired.

Went through the drive-thru just to get a quick vanilla ice cream cone and a cream cycle dipped cone had a robot take our order thru the intercom one car in front of us took about 10 min to move up not too crazy I guess but when giving us our cones thefreakin ice cream was already melting and they were tiny didn’t hook it up on the ice cream definitely didn’t look like the picture lol

While being a long-term stay, pt at the hospital and craving soo many things, my eldest daughter surprised me with an early morning visit. We went there to Celebrate her purchasing her 2nd brand new car and graduating from CSUSB with now her Masters Degree Program. The weinerchnitzel there was very clean, the lady at the register was very attentive, kind, caring and courteous. Upon leaving, she wished me a speedy recover and told us both to please take care. I wish that I had asked her name, also so that I could let her manager know that she is doing above and beyond quality work and has an amazing attitude.

I always get the Reese peanut butter cup freezee. They are pretty generous most times with the candy and other times they are pretty skimpy.. overall the chili dogs are good their french fry are always hot and fresh and they carry Pepsi which is my favorite drink.
