Don’t come here for a banana split, they no longer sell them. They also don’t have whipped cream, cherries, or nuts for sundaes. But this place gets five stars anyway because Jake and the cashier were super sweet to me and my service dog Hershey even though I wound up not ordering a thing. Top notch for customer service! But corporate needs to at least fix the store signage that features a banana split on it!

Everything was great, quick service when you walked in and they brought you your food to your table. Except when I ordered my #1 Combo go large I was expecting the regular Chili Fries but instead they gave the huge order which I had to throw away 3/4 of it. Usually they ask you which one but I was so hungry. Very clean too.

We don’t have a Weinersnitchel where we live so we come out here every so often! The staff always hooks us up… they gave us extra extra onions on our chili dogs like we like it! 2 cups of water cause it was hot out! Delicious food!

The staff is amazing! The gentleman that assisted my son and I was so kind. Thank you for being concerned with my 8yr old son’s privacy and checking the restroom before letting him in there alone. (They keep the restrooms locked)

Great service, very clean, and you can tell there are new owners. I live in hemet and had so much resistance from the hemet location and as a huge wienerschnitzel fan i would glady drive the distance to Beaumont for the service and and helping me out if my kid is picky. Hemet manager refuses to and said its company policy and you guys proved in Beaumont proved you can make a customer happy. Thank you.
