We asked for a chili burger be plain with no cheese due to dietary limitations we came home to find our order not correct so we called to ask what we can do they said bring back when we live 5 miles away so they could have corrected their mistake and send a Uber driver to correct the mishap I was very disappointed with their response so I can say make sure your order is correct before leaving the driveway

Went to drive thru. I ordered some Chilli cheese fries. I thought they put new fries in the frier because they were taking longer then normal. But as I looked one of the employees with his bare hands got fries out of the tray and put it back with the rest of the fries. When I got to work I open it and the fries are old and soggy. I threw them away I call this place and they told me no one was available. I called back about 3 hours later, and I talked to someone , and told them everything that I seen and what I got. Up to today I haven’t heard anything from no one.. I’m NOT GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE NO MORE…

I couldn’t this place 5 stars because the person who worked there handed me my drink and it spilled the minute I grabbed it. The person laughed as if they knew that it would spill. Then that person said that people need to be careful in grabbing the drink. BUT, WHY NOT SAY IT FROM THE BEGINNING BEFORE I GRABBED IT. the drunk spilled all over my pants and my car. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
