As soon as I walk in this place all I got was like attitude, do not know what the ladies problem was but she was really rude,I didn’t forced her to work that hot building. I said I wanted the southern lemonade and I was even looking at the picture trying to decide what flavor. When did she handed me three cups,I asked her I make those lemonade myself, and she said rudely you didn’t say though,when I said the southern ones which are the ones in the picture. She rudely take the cups back.. I don’t know what’s wrong with their customer service but they need to do better. And this was a manager.

I live out out of town, so getting to stop at a Wienerschnitzel is a rare treat. My visit this time was no less than everything I expected. It was messy. It was hot. It gave me heartburn and I loved every minute of it! This is a must stop every time we are in Lubbock.

Went inside to order the mac & cheese with chili & it was very good but i am dissatisfied with the portion i was given. I was given very little of mac & cheese with chili, it was enough to feed a 3 or 4 year old, this isn’t what i seen on the poster outside of this restaurant. False advertising? I paid $4.99 it would have been worth it if i was given a good portion

Love those hot dogs. It reminds me of when I was in junior high, still raster the same. Also those chili cheese fries are wonderful.

Waited about 30 mins in line to order then another 15 minutes to get food. Got home fries were still under cooked and cold with all 4 of my CC fries. Was very disappointed paid abt 40 bucks and didn’t eat not one CC fries

I understand people don’t always have a great day. I pulled up to drive thru to order asked what I wanted said Hello how are you and not answered made my order and drove up to window person just took my card handed it back gave me my order and shut the window. Don’t like to leave bad reviews but I to work in customer service and you always have to greet and put on a smile. Probably won’t be back

Ordered the special 5 for 7.95 and said mustard only no chili, order was given to us with chili, went back and the MANAGER said we have to eat the chili because it’s part of the special (one of us is allergic to chili) and she refused to help us. UNBELIEVABLE DON’T VISIT THIS LOCATION. Send down to other location, ordered the special with no chili, no problem. The food at this location was great and the service was even better!
