We’ve ordered here maybe 3 or 4 times hoping it would get better but that hasn’t happened. Not once has our order been correct, and when we brought it to their attention we were told “we’re doing our best”.

Wicked Mediocre, more like it….. Their “computer screws up” sometimes when ordered online…. So our pizza was made, but our 2 extra slices and knots were not ready for pickup, and had to be warmed. The food itself was meh, I’d say mediocre at best… Pizza crust was decent but much too thin and was soggy at its tips when eating… Also FYI, their “garlic” pizza is not JUST garlic, it had meat and tomatoes and some other toppings on it…. Like WHAAAAT!!!? The brown haired girl working the counter is also the slowest employee in Madison County! We probably wont go here again. Written 4/22/23.

Called and ordered garlic knots. Drove 15 min to pick them up and pay and when I go in the cashier said they don’t have any more knots. What?!? How do you take an order on the phone then when they arrive you don’t have their food? I wasn’t offered any compensation, slice of pizza, nothing for my trouble. What an absolute joke.

I bought 5 meals the portions were small they forgot to make a meal. The cashier i had was very nice and knew what she was doing( as for the rest of the staff i have questions) the food was below average at best. That experience may sour me from making trips to there again.

The absolute very best pizza and wings in Bridgeport N.Y. and surrounding areas. My husband and I went to Point Place Casino every week for food. Then one Friday we walk in the door and Wicked Good Pizza is GONE!!! So very disappointing that they chose to pull out of our Casino because it was ALWAYS very busy at this restaurant. Now we have no go to spot for great pizza and wings close by!!!

When this place orinally opened the pizza was great. Now when you go in its hit or miss. Dont bother going in at lunch time. The pizzas look like they have been sitting out for a month. I’ve walked out several times after seeing what they have to offer.

Last week my first ever visit to your eatery I would have given you a five star plus review! Excellent food, service, speed, and accuracy all the way around. Half hour ago I should have given a 1-star instead of a 3-star rating, however the food was good even though it was cold. My issue this time, my second visit was that the pizza was ready almost a half an hour before the wings were. Here I am a disabled guy in a 5-minute parking spot waiting almost a half hour with a cold Pizza in my hand for an order of wings! 4 to 5 people in white chef looking outfits were standing around giggling and joking with each other instead of readying orders promptly. Other customers walking in and ordering we’re getting their food before my wings were even finished. The young Caucasian girl with brown curly hair at the counter was extremely rude and because of her alone is the reason that I probably won’t come back.

I waited over an hour and the staff had all different answers. The food is usually good but our food was subpar. I ordered chicken riggies and no bread, also ordered Italian sub and no dressing, had to ask for mayo. The staff kept saying their doing pasta now and half an hour later, they said same thing. They told me 25 min turned into hour and half. Can’t believe it was so bad
