Great pulled pork and BBQ sauce! The pork is SUPER tender, but the turkey, while also tender leaves something to be desired. Maybe a smoked flavor? The mac n cheese is run of the mill, but I’ll be back to try more off the menu!

Food was ok but there seems to be a difference in the Springfield and Gallatin location far as the food tatse etc. The sauce was even different tasting? Bathrooms were very dirty and the ice bin inside you can see from order counter it has mildew/ mold inside it. They could most definitely doo some cleaning there. I may go again and give another chance

Local regular place to eat in and take out. Been eating there for years and never had bad service or food.

I catered lunch for a doctors office of 10 people yesterday…everything was made correctly, delicious, on time, and at a great price. It went so smoothly I actually ordered again today for a different office for 15 people and had the exact same experience. Thanks!

Always a good deal on Wednesday for BBQ sandwiches. Baked potato was so big, two could enjoy, it was steaming hot and delicious!!

The only BBQ place that still has vinegar slaw, nothing like vinegar slaw on your pulled pork sandwich. Would have been a 5 star but the buns tasted old.

Honestly was kind of hesitant about eating lunch with my husband, but he said I would enjoy it. So I gave in and it was better than the first time I ate Whitt’s. Gotta say I give it a 3 out of 5.

The Whitts in Ashland city probably has the best BBQ of any Whitt’s BBQ.

2 Stars because the staff are nice, but this is the worst BBQ I’ve had in about 20 years. I can only assume that the folks rating the beef high never eat out or have had quality BBQ. The baked beans were ok. I’ll give the chicken a try sometime just to be fair, but so far I’d say hospital food tastes better.

Spent $60 only to discover part of our order was missing. We asked before pulling away of all of our food was in there. The answer was “it should be” got home and discovered the missing food. Went back to the restaurant picked up what was missing. Get back home and no BBQ was provided. Manager was not helpful. Tried it again a day later hoping the service the day before was a fluke. It was not. Missing items again. Spent $100 in those 2 days. Will most likely not return.
