So I have heard about this place for a while and decided to give it a try. Location is a bit for but worth the drive. Smelled amazing as soon as we pulled into the parking lot. Clean and nice facility. We got the 3 meat and 2 side sampler:

Best BBQ right by the canyon and foothills! Try their 3 meat sampler plate. The ribs, mac&cheese, and green chili mashed potatoes are delicious!!! 7 out of 5 stars

Food was great! The beans were undercooked, but had great flavor. Those green chili mashed potatoes are amazing. The ribs were awesome too. We got the 6 meat platter. Tons of delicious food for way cheaper than any other restaurant around here.

Great brisket! Comparable to that from Kansas City! Ribs were slightly dry for my liking but amazing flavor! Both were smoked very well. They have awesome house made bbq sauces and their house pickles were good too! I will definitely be visiting this place again!

This is a little late, but just wanted to say what a great experience we had with White Paper BBQ. We ordered a brisket for Easter, we of course, had to pick it up on Saturday afternoon. We were given instructions on how to take care of it overnight to keep it from drying out, and how to reheat it the next day. I will say it was absolutely perfect! This was by far the very best brisket ever! So very tender, melt in your mouth. We would not hesitate to do this again, it was great and they were so very kind and helpful.

We went here by word of mouth, didn’t even know it existed. We had the 3 meat sampler, brisket, pulled pork and beef sausage. An order of fries and mashed potatoes, it also came with cornbread and butter. It took a short while to get our food. My wife liked the mashed potatoes the best of anything. The fries were good to but nothing to write home about. Cornbread was good also. All the meats were good, the brisket was good but really greasy and fatty. I don’t remember being asked if I wanted lean or moist so maybe it’s just luck of the draw or you have to ask. Anyway I like both but my wife does not care for moist. Everything did have a nice smokey flavor, real smoke not liquid smoke like so many places are doing now. The place had a good atmosphere and the prices were reasonable. If we are ever in the area we would probably go back.

Absolutely perfect! From food to service to environment! This place checks all the boxes! Customer service was above and beyond! BBQ was delicious, brisket has perfect smoke taste and ring, amazing flavor and still tender! Pork was spot on and moist! Nachos with brisket are to die for and a monster portion. There is nothing to dislike here! Would recommend 100times over!

Everything we had was a miss. First off, they don’t make their own BBQ sauce, they serve you sweet baby rays which is crazy to be a Bbq joint and serve sauce I can buy at a store. The brisket was the highlight, it was nice and tender. The beans were awful and undercooked. Potato salad was also bland and undercooked. We got the ribs as well and they were bland, nothing but some smoked flavor and they expect you to put sweet baby rays on. Very sad excuse for a BBQ joint after reading all the good reviews. Nordy’s is far superior if you’re looking for BBQ.

Ignore any bad reviews stating food is not cooked completely. Clearly they’ve never had real bbq. The pink smoke ring is a sign the pit Master actually knows what they are doing and your meat was cooked low and slow and guaranteed to melt in your mouth. I had the pleasure of chatting with the owners (veterans btw) and they are lovely people. They are working with a supplier to try and locally source their meats. Who doesn’t appreciate farm to table? I plan to come back and spend more than a half day in Loveland just so I can eat here again. I’m dreaming of the smoked prime rib and pork belly they do only on certain days..so sad I missed it. Some of the best BBQ I’ve had in a long time. Ive also never been anywhere where house pickles/pickled onions are help yourself. Most places charge extra! Plus there’s a brewery on site. Win win.
