First experience at White Castle was as good as it gets! Delicious burgers (kinda like sliders), plenty of options like fish and chicken sandwiches… but you’ll definitely need more than 1, or 2 or maybe even 3! So small and easy to eat, but packed with plenty of flavor.

The sliders taste much better than they used to. Not sure if it’s just Florida or not but the ones in NY and Chicago area were not good. It’s safe to say I can now put them ahead of Krystal. I hope they build more and also hope they come to the DFW area. They’ll do great there.

Service was slow. Dining room was trashed. No napkins in the napkin holders. All 3 of us complained about the quality of the food. Two of us spent the next day with fever chills, and multiple trips to the bathroom. Not sure what caused that. The only thing the two had in common were the onion rings and the dipping sauce.

Such a disappointment. PSA when ordering online through the website when asked to select a pickup time that time does not matter, you have to tell them that you’re there when you get there, and they then will START making your food. Ordered online through the website at about 10:05. Selected the closest pickup time which was 10:30. Decided to go start waiting inside at 10:25 or so and at about 10:40 we realized that our order was not added to their screens. Apparently they have to manually add every order that comes in to the screens to be able to start making it, which it does not say anywhere online or in the store. Didn’t get our food until right after 11pm, after waiting almost an entire hour. A kind employee offered us some desserts as a sorry for the wait, but we had already ordered 9 desserts and weren’t given them. I then had to wait there for another 5 minutes before I could get someone’s attention long enough to get the rest of my food. When we got the food, it was subpar. Didn’t have as much flavor as it usually does. This experience makes me never want to come back to White Castle. Tried to have a faster wait by ordering online ended up being there for an entire hour. Seemed like the managers were the only ones that cared at all and all other employees just were focused on going home and only did what they were told. I feel bad for the managers having to work with such incompetent employees, and I hope White Castle develops a better system to satisfy customers.

Veronica the general manager made our second experience at White Castle the best. She gave us a free desert and we laughed she gave better customer service then chick-fil-a and that says ALOT gracias por todo DEFINITELY coming back just to see her❤️

I am a Floridian, my first white castle experience. I found the sliders okay, I might of built myself up for the experience more than I should have. The kids all ordered Chicken sandwiches and raved about them. The mozzarella sticks were devoured. For a family of six I spend a little over 76.00 which included mozzarella sticks. Day trip to Orlando I went out of our way and they all want to go back, for the chicken sandwiches

Some of the absolute nicest, hard working individuals working at the location. Friendly, attentive, and amazingly efficient. There was one woman who seemed to be the manger or lead, she was taking charge and making sure everything was going smoothly. I was thoroughly impressed by the communication, attention to detail and respect she had for her team. I would hire that woman to work for me in an instant. I wish I knew her name. Keep up the great work at this location!

This was amazing. The drive through was crazy long at the actual resturant, so we just ordered mobile and then just had to run in this location. Food was so good. Cheese sticks, chicken rings, loaded fries, and orginal sandwich was good.

About the have a panic attack from being stuck for over 34 minutes so far and unable to get out of the drive thru line. If you cannot take orders in a proper amount of time close your doors. Holy shyt. Open your freaking drive thru lines so people can leave instead sof waiting hours.
