First time at the White Castle — and, it was totally worth it. This location does seem to get busy, though, but that can be a good thing. While chatting with others who were waiting, I learned that many come even from a bit of a distance here, so that is a good sign. I do have to note, though, that they forgot to fulfill part of my order, which was a bit of a disappointment.

We tried this fast food style restaurant for the first time because we heard so much about White Castle. We ordered 30 sliders to go and tried there milk shakes. Each slider was packed in individual boxes and placed in a large carry box which was so convenient. There burgers were ok but not bad, they had a small patty of meat on a nice steamed bun with onions, ketchup and a pickle. They don’t put a lot of ketchup on them which is good for those that don’t like a lot of ketchup but they will give you plenty of ketchup packs to go and they will prepare the burgers to your liking. After the burgers sit for awhile the pickles are not crunchy I did notice that. Shakes were amazing. So thick that you will definitely need a spoon. We didn’t try much on there menu but we were happy with what we ordered. The restaurant was simple and very open and clean and the service was friendly with a smile. They have White Castle items for sale at the front and to me that was interesting and unique. They have a large parking lot with plenty of parking.

I’ve really missed White Castle since we moved and this one was so fancy! Tried the smoked cheddar and 1921 burgers which were both delicious. The onion petals were awesome but the cheese sliders will always be my favorite.

First time at a white castle in many years. Hamburgers are great, don’t care for their cheese though. Great French fries too. Nice friendly staff. Busy place, inside and outside. It looks like their drive through would be quick and easy to navigate. Clean kitchen, you can watch them with their wonders.

I have gone to White Castle in the Chicago area for years & years. So I know exactly what to expect. At the Scottsdale, AZ location, they have more than enough people working there but I waited over 15 minutes for my very small order & there was only 1 car in front of me + all of the condiments were out in the blazing 110 degree AZ sun- melting the plastic packaging into the degraded products – like the ketchup, Mayo, mustard & other condiments. Dope customer service and the dining area is classical and feels like the original food wasn’t what I expected, but when your used to eating them with a microwave its only expected that the experience would be slightly different but all in all I would highly recommend. The family definitely will be coming back up from Tucson to eat again unless you guys finally bring me one down there lol

This is my first and my last time at White Castle. This location was dirty, the drink machines were not working properly (one had no ice and the other dripped all over your hands as you placed cup under drink dispenser) and flies were everywhere. There were literally probably less flies outside. The manager (shorter Caucasian lady with dark brown hair) was yelling, “ Will somebody PLEASE hit the button to stop that beeping!!” The burgers also tasted like they had a layer of bitter glue in them. Just ugh all the way around. Will not be back. 2 stars because restaurant aesthetic was really nice and there were two friendly associates who helped me out at the front counter.

My wife had never been to White Castle, so we decided to give it a try. She had the chicken rings and fries and said it lacked flavor. She tried my cheese sliders and said it had too many raw onions and the meat tasted like nothing. This is my 2nd time here and I still don’t get the hype. It’s just an ok slider. The buns are good, but the meat does taste weird and the onions are never cooked enough. In my opinion, Chicago Hamburger Co/Windy City Sliders has the best sliders in AZ. Give them a try if you want a better slider!
