Oh my goodness. Service cannot be worse. It took an hour to get out food. And once we finally got our food it was cold. The employees worked at a snail pace. It was busy but they had plenty of staff so it shouldn’t have gotten that backed up. Cars were leaving drive thru and one guy asked for his money back and 30 min later still hadn’t gotten it. Management needs a wake up call on how employees should be trained. This isn’t like the White Castle we grew up with.

We were the first customers of the day on a holiday and they were a few minutes late opening. It looked like there was only one employee (with elaborate pink tipped hair) who was amazing. We used the drive thru and didn’t go inside. The cheeseburgers were perfect, the fries were perfect, and the drinks were great as well. That is a great employee! Wonderful job, keep up the good work. Great workers, only 2? Cook great food to order. It does get busy during the times you would expect but they’re still pretty quick. Sometimes somebody will order 100 sliders and that does slow the drive-through down.

Everything was pretty good, we were the only customers there at 10:45 and they didn’t have enough singles to give me change for a 10 dollar bill when I purchased a small chocolate shake, so she gave me quarters. She looked at me and said, I don’t think I have enough ones to take that 10 dollar bill. And I said, well, here, I’ve got 3 ones and I can go out to the truck and get the 44 cents, and she didn’t say anything. She just ended up giving me the change of a 5 dollar bill and 4 quarters.

I waited about 10 minutes at the drive thru for someone to even take my order. I was the only person there, so I dont understand what the problem was. Then I waited at the window for another 15 or so minutes for my food. Both staff members I encountered seemed rude. The food was fine though. This place needs some work.
