The food was horrible! Not fresh to order. My buns on my burgers were harder than bricks. Mozzarella stick felt like they just came out the freezer. The only thing was good was my milk shake and the young lady customer service

I’m over coming to this particular White Castle, each time I call myself giving you guys the benefit of the doubt. It is terrible the managers need to be fired the workers need to be fired bring in some new people. The one thing White Castle prides themselves on is making sure the buns are warmed and soft, the people that are working here must not care at all what they serve or how they put it together it’s atrocious. Get rid of them clean house and bring in some new people that actually care about what they’re doing and how to do their job. 79th & Harlem is the worst! Hard cold buns, cold meat, cheese not melted, I want my 10 bucks back!

Ordered crave case, found 2 hairs in first burger had to look carefully in each one unfortunately a couple burgers in more hair ♀️ so crave case went in trash! $50 for someone to shave themselves on my burgers-YUCK get hair and beard nets white castles!

Service was great. Drove from Colorado to Chicago and in our RV we can’t go thru drive thru a and the workers helped us thru the drive thru on foot, since dining room was closed. . Food isn’t what I expected but it’s not the cooks fault. Lol. All in all good job workers.

This location is usually very good and workers are nice but on my last visit on May 6th around 1130pm i did an online order and got 6 double Jalapeno sliders. Almost every time i get the jalapeno double sliders they are fresh, cheesy, gooey, and deliciously greasy but when i got home they looked very dry and the cheese was not even melted. I took a bite and right away got this disgusting dry bite and the meat tasted oily and hard and the bottom bun was hard and oily. When i got there to pick up my order there were 7 cars ahead of me so I am almost sure they must’ve threw my meat into the deep fryer to cook faster bc they were swamped at the drive-thru and that’s what dried them out and gave them a nasty oily taste, they weren’t cooked on the griddle so the cheese didn’t get a chance to get gooey and cheesy. They fried my meat put it on the bun making the grease seep into the bottom bun which hardened it and just slapped on the cheese which didn’t have a chance to melt onto the meat and get goeey. The sliders were absolutely disgusting and dried out, i ate one and threw the rest in the garbage, i had a weird aftertaste and burping up weird oily substance after eating it. If they really did deep fry the meat it is unacceptable and disgusting. I should have my order replaced or refunded my money smh what a waste of money $15 down the drain. Do not come here when it’s busy beware.

Have always wanted to try it since watching Harold and Kumar devour 60 burgers.. I was only able to eat 4. Lol all were good. Chicken rings were amazing, cheese sticks were as well! Fries were fresh! The folks here took care of us! We enjoyed it!

I love Illinois they have impossible burgers. it is over double of the cost of a regular 10 pack. we paid $25 for 10 impossible burgers but hey when you don’t eat meat you don’t have many options.
