The onions are routinely put against tht bin and this makes the bun super soft, like gummy and doughy. Really ruins the tactile experience and flavor eating them. Especially the larger sliders that are loaded with onions. The photos clearly show the onions in the middle of the burger, as to not make tht bin soggy and slimey. The staff, they’re always super friendly here. Always. It’s off how friendly but it always makes us feel welcome. They hustle too. If you go inside and look you’ll see there’s plenty of them and they’re all moving around. There’s a buzz in the kitchen. The issue is with tht wait times. It’s routinely 10-20 minutes waiting for an order. Seems to be the case no matter which location we go to. Sometimes we see slacking workers but at this location, that’s definitely not the case. I’d give a 5 star rating across the board but the wait times are long enough to write home about. It is to a point that I consider how much time I have if the kids ask for White Castle. This is the same if it’s drive-thru or inside the store. The store though, it’s always so festive for different holidays inside. We went in near Christmas time and it was decked out. Me an my wife were really impressed with tht level of care and attention to detail with tht decorations. The tables, the pop machine, the walls, the ceiling, everywhere. We almost felt like our lunch was an actual date it was so cute inside the store. We totally appreciate the efforts made in the store, the cleanliness of the location and the friendliness of the staff. Just need to get those wait times down and it would be the perfect location.

Had an online order. Pulled up and they handed me someone else’s food. They asked for it back? When I was in food service we were never supposed to take back food if a customer already touched it, and certainly weren’t supposed to give it back out to a different customer. With like, 4 cars in front of me, I waited at least 25 minutes in the drive thru just to get home and have none of the sliders correct.

Used drive thru at window burgers r always good fries were actually hot and fresh without asking other fast food places u OFTEN have to ask for fresh HOT fries and u still don’t get them that way– enjoyed my fresh Hot lunch at white castle

The food was awesome, as always. But this WC needs to up its dining room game. Chairs and tables are outdated, even rusted. Music playing was tinny sounding through an old cheap speaker system. The place seems like an old race horse, past its prime, that no one cares about anymore. Lastly, I stood alone at the counter for a long time while several working staff members passed without bothering to say, “We’ll be with you in a moment.” Not a show stopper, but really?

I lived near this location when I was young. A great place to grab a snack. Always fast and made to order. When you go after the bars have been open for a few hours prepare to wait. The food is made to order. It tastes better but requires time to prepare.
