We stopped to get a pop and use the restroom. The lady at the counter was awesome! She helped us use the new pop machine which has every flavor you can imagine as well as placed out order. The food was hot and amazing and they got everything right the first time. Kudos guys…great job!

I easily used to pick this one over the one on fort street but lately it seems to have fallen apart. They’ve gotten slow on dt. Granted it’s slammed so that’s understandable. Problem is when I wait 7 to 12 minutes in line I expect it to be hot and accurate. I usually get a simple order but even that’s become difficult at least if I go in the afternoon. The lunch is where I think they keep the strong crew. I usually get food that if I worked there and made it myself it wouldn’t be any better. Problem is I work in the morning most of the time. ♂️

There was no one at all in drive thru when I pulled up to order and they told me to hold on a second. About 12 minutes later they took my order. Then it took another 15 minutes to get my food and it was messed up. I wouldn’t tell anyone to ever go there an probably won’t go to that location again unless I had to. I would give no stars if I could. Good luck if you decide to go here.

This morning, I ordered 2 sausage, egg and cheese on the bun. There was no line and there were only a couple a cars in the drive thru. After waiting 15 minutes which seemed as an hour, I asked for a refund because any other time I would have received and consumed that order within that time. The worker immediately boxed up my order and gave it to me to avoid giving me the refund. He did not apologize for the delay, thank me for my patronage, offer me something extra for the unexplained delay, smile or anything along the lines of good customer service behavior. On the other hand, my order was accurate and hot once I got it and the dining area was clean and well heated.

Food was fresh and hot but took a VERY LONG time and they served multiple cars behind me thru the other window while I waited. I just ordered cheeseburgers so not sure what everyone else ordered that got them served before me when I ordered first but they also didn’t have an excuse when I asked. I might try another location next time, half an hour waiting in a drive thru is just too long for me!

The night shift seems to be terribly lazy. I placed an online order and specified that I wanted pickles, ketchup & mustard on them . Since it was 12AM, I had to use the drive-thru & ended up waiting about 10 minutes in the car. (Which is confusing, considering they obviously weren’t making things to order.) Once I got my order, I found that not only were my sliders missing the condiments, I was given plain sliders, and not the smoked cheddar cheese sliders I paid extra for. I honestly am not sure whether the food was already sitting out or if it got cold while I was waiting in line. Nonetheless, I was not happy with the food.

Don’t bother asking for extra gravy on your chicken and waffles and offer to pay more for it because they won’t give it to you anyway. I ordered 5 tonight for the family. The woman taking our order was abrupt and short with us, like she was doing us a favor by taking our order about 30 minutes ago.

Whitey’s are not for everyone! However, love white castle! Food is always hot and fresh. They have coke! Not Pepsi. The folks at the window are friendly. And the price is right.

Okay… It’s white castle. The people working here are very friendly, and helpful. They always find the cheapest way to take an order. For some reason, the way they prep the sliders is better than all the other WCs I’ve been to.
