I ordered a medium fry and I received a portion size equal to or less than a small fry. I called and asked for a refund and I was told that manager had to complete the refund. The manager called me back and told me that the general manager had to do a refund. I called corporate and they told me that upper management would get the report and determine if we are owed a refund. Check your bag before leaving this place, even if you have to hold up the drive through or inside line. Making your customers jump through hoops to get a refund is not how you retain customers. please see my picture below as proof.

White Castle’s no longer prepare the food ahead of time so it does take a while in the drive-through. Most other White Castle’s tend to be a hair faster. However, for the past four years the people are SO DANG NICE, I don’t care. Always banter and a smile. A little slow but great food and people!!

This was my first time at a white castle. After a long night of roller skating, I wanted a burger. You know the burger that you regret in the morning. I went through the drive through without any wait. The gentlemen and lady workers created a juicy not greasy burger. I could not believe that I did not get heartburn. The best part was the after taste.

The food here is the same quality as any other White Castle. I am personally a big fan. This location tends to have long waits for their drive thru even when they aren’t busy. The lobby/eating area is also still closed at this location.

The only thing I will say is that I’ve never found a set of Chick-fil-A before but they were playing a lot the other day outside and they didn’t tell us what cars to go behind and this car tried to yell at me when I was going in the right direction. Other than that the staff is nothing but sweets very polite but they’re also kids so they have to learn sometime so they’re doing amazing for the ages

I went through the drive through of the Middletown location at 945 on 08/30/23. The car in front of me gave up on being served and pulled away. I was asked to “give them a moment “ after several minutes I said hello in the speaker. Again I was asked to give them a moment , this time she seemed very put out. Here’s the thing — nobody was in line at the drive through and not a single customer was in the store.

I placed a mobile order and they claimed their system was going to be down for 30 minutes. I asked for my money back and they said oh well it won’t be that long but I’m seeing employees eating at the time their system is supposed to be down. Then they were very rude and when I asked for corporate number they said they didn’t have access to it. When they gave me my receipt that was supposed to be a refund, it was only a void receipt and later found out that wouldn’t refund me my money. I called corporate from Google and I had to send receipt through email and name and last four of card number… It has now been a week after and still no hear of when I’ll have my refund or any status of anything… That was $50 worth of food I was supposed to been refunded. I will never come to this restaurant again and I’m convinced I won’t even visit white castle anymore. @whitecastle I would like my money back for the food I didnt get that I have been trying to get for a week now… Atleast before Christmas. It’s been too long.

Door dashing I pull up to speaker tell them I’ve hot a dash order they told me they couldn’t make the order so I text dash they gave me half the money as always , driving back to bell go another order same place white castle I do the same thing I’m at speaker she says order when your ready. I said I have a dash she laughed said she couldn’t make that one either. I got half the money. Bout 3 orders later got another white castle order did all the same she made the 3rd order

Unfortunately, after waiting over 30 minutes in the drive through, my husband and I were not able to eat there. After creeping through the line for over 30 minutes, we finally reached the speaker to order our food. After 10 minutes, I telephoned the number and the lady who answered said they were short staffed, and that they needed to wait on the people in the store first. I said “so, if I come in will I be able to get my food faster?”, and she said yes, probably. So my husband stayed at the speaker and I walked to the front door, where there were several people waiting in line, and what appeared to be two people working.
