Very plain, not friendly employees and service was slow. Probably too young for the environment. Philly was pretty bad, just chopped beef with cheese and a bell pepper slice thrown on top. Worse than subway. Employees need to focus more attention to quality of what they make. Not coming back unless fallout happens and I’m dying.

Runs out of main ingredient on sandwich, doesn’t tell customer, and then is rude when the customer asks if the ingredient was supposed to be included on the sandwich. The sandwich was dry and tasteless. Never will I come here again.

Out of steak, avocado and red onions. The site is a mess and there’s no hospitality. No effort whatsoever. These sandwiches are pathetic.

I really want to like this place. And I suppose there has to be better stores out there but this store is not great. Our food is poorly made, consistently. My family and my wraps are usually falling apart (and not because we ask for tons of extras). My last wrap was so wet that it was impossible to eat, it was unpleasantly soggy. My husbands was the same. Any time I ask for light mustard it’s almost always heavy. My daughter’s kid sandwich is typically so dry and crispy it’s hard for her to eat. Food is usually slowly made here, even if we are the only ones there. They are also bad about telling you when things are out till you go to eat your food and realize it is missing everything in it. I love their huge vegetarian selection but this store isn’t managed very well.

They don’t prioritize customers in store. It’s more important to them to take care of orders that aren’t even being picked up that moment then it is to take care of the customer standing in front of them. Foods great, stores usually dirty though.

I love supporting local businesses, especially ones that don’t have the presence of the larger chain places. So I stopped here today for lunch. First thing I noticed is there was no other customers. In fact, I wasn’t sure they were open. So I went against my intuition, and ordered anyway. It took about 12 minutes to get a very sub-par $11 sandwich. I had the Czbgr Wich. It was barely warm and the onions were like room temp. How do you screw up a sandwich? Very disappointing. I took two bites and called it a wrap. I got that, “you might get sick if you eat anymore of this” feeling. Two other observations: 1. the girl who appeared to be the lead could barely get off her phone. 2. the bathrooms were down a dark corridor. I had to used my phone’s flashlight feature to see where I was going. What if that was someone’s kid? I hope this moves them to step up their game. I hate to see businesses close.

Highly customizable sandwiches in a relaxed modern franchise setting. Would recommend for delicious sandwiches, maybe not romantic dinner date material (unless your partner really loves sandwiches perhaps).

Disappointing experience! Very expensive sandwiches- which would be fine if the experience was good. My family and I love Which Wich and have eaten here for years, but this was one of the worst experiences. We haven’t eaten at this location in over a year, by the way.

Well this was a total bummer, and a let down. You can see this place has awesome potential. They catered one of our lunches for work, but I didn’t eat it that day. I still wanted to try though. As a first time customer it would have been nice to know what in the world to do. I walked in, and it was just a depressing atmosphere. There were two ladies working and neither said a word. I was able to gather that you wrote your own order down which was cool. I ordered, tried to small talk, she wasn’t having it. No biggie. The kitchen area is dirty, not like cluttered but like dusty.

The workers here are phenomenal! My sandwich always tastes amazing, I order on Uber eats most of the time but it still arrives hot. I believe I spoke with Julian on the phone, and they seem to really care about my experience!!
