When you spent 40$ for 2 sandwiches and a cup of French fries you expect your meal to be decent. If making a sandwich was considered an art, then these employees definitely took more of an abstract approach when making our sandwiches. They were an absolute mess and had the smallest amount of soggy meat shoved in into the seam if the sandwich. This is how my sandwich looked upon opening it. Not exactly what you expect from a nearly 20$ sandwich. The fries were freshly made because they forgot to give them to us all together, but they must have been from the end of the bag as the pieces were all tiny! We will definitely not be returning to any which which locations after our experience here. Might as well use that 40$ and eat a better restaurant.

I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews. The staff is busy so they may seem unfriendly but, if you take a minute and actually talk to them they are great. I drive to Denver all the way from Bailey once a week and always stop at this shop because my daughter loves there Sandwiches, yes they are a bit pricey but they are better then Subway and Quiznos and they actually use a grill instead of a toaster oven. Take a minute and be friendly with the staff they will be friendly back.

Sandwich wasn’t bad but by the time I used the restroom to wash my hands (thank goodness it was the only thing I had to do) I was feeling off about the cleanliness of the restaurant and pretty sure my shake was made with a dirty blender, I will not be returning to this location.

If I could use give no stars, I ordered door dash just to get a completely different order, and spent $30 for the order just to have to go back up and then remake the sandwich and for it to be wrong again. Should have read the reviews before choosing this place.
