I experienced the Which Wich store at 7200 Knightdale Blvd, Knightdale, North Carolina today for the very first time today and had the worst possible experience that I could’ve had. It was my very first time in a Which Wich and with any question that I asked, I was greeted with a cold dismissive response. There was no one in the store, and there were two employees who were absolutely rude as possible toward me. Doesn’t even matter whether the sandwich taste good or not, when you have an experience like this it ruins everything. I would like to report this directly to the franchise owner, but cannot find a way to locate the contact information so I am sharing here. I will never go back to this store and most likely any Which Wich. It’s pretty sad that service delivery has come to this.

First time coming here a couple months ago. Store was clean. The ordering process confused me, so I had to ask the cashier for help; which she had no problem doing. She was very professional and helpful. Only downfall was $15 for a sandwich alone. The sandwich was very good tho.

I want to start off by saying I love which which and always have but im so disappointed. I received my tuna sub with a small scoop of tuna in it…. seriously. It was basically a bread sandwich. I tried to call and no one picked up the phone for an hour…. hopefully management sees this. If it happens again I’m calling corporate.
