Customizable sandwiches of various options. Something for everyone. Quality ingredients. Fast friendly service.

I remember loving this place the first time I ever had it. Something has changed since then. I got a BLT from here, a very simple sandwich, and it was one of the worst I have ever eaten. The ratios were off, the flavors were bitter, and their descriptor of “double bacon” certainly didn’t measure up to the lack thereof (see photo). They left out other parts of my order as well, even though I was charged for them. This place has fallen a long, long way.

Atmosphere is cool, food came out fast. The sandwiches are smaller than average, so I would recommend getting a larger size sandwich. The customer service was only ok. I didn’t have any issues with the staff, but they weren’t welcoming, happy, or friendly. Instead of taking your order, they have iPads that you order through. It felt like an Walmart self check out. Overall I’d give the restaurant a 3/5 due to the cleanliness and atmosphere. Sandwich tasted good too.

Which Wich did I choose? The Club Wich. Made with fresh whole wheat bread, the sandwich was delicious. I was just visiting Iowa City and if I come back I definitely will grab another sandwich at Which Wich! The place was clean and new. The staff was friendly and efficient. Pricing and selection was great for what I was looking for.

Prices are way too high for what you get. The sandwiches are smaller than they used to be, they put on way fewer toppings than they used to, and the oven has been broken for a while now, so they can’t even toast anything. Not nearly as good as it used to be

Had a small Garden Party and a large ham. Both were pretty good. Slightly better than Subway with better bread and fillings. Bread sizes are similar to Subway, so more generous than Jimmy John’s etc. Avocado is pre-mashed, not much texture to it.

Left before I even got food. They are too lazy to even take your order. They just have an iPad sitting out for u to punch in your order. Couldn’t add salt pepper and jalapeños. It was really pitiful. Felt like Walmart self check. That place is a never again for me. Boo

This franchise should be killing Jimmy Johns. Better way to order, and tastes much better. The place wad clean but looks dirty. Will definitely return.

The food was good, but the place was horrible. Soda machine had no ice, I remember coming here years ago and they didn’t have ice back then either. Place was insanely dirty, there were flies, the rug was super dirty, the tables had food on them and weren’t clean. I did enjoy the food, but it was a bit pricey for the amount given. Maybe the one in Coralville is better, I’m definitely going to go to that one if I ever consider Which Wich again.
