Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Always nice and warm fresh burgers that are the best! Those chopped white onions, mustard and pickles combination on the burgers with cheese is one of their simple combinations that make their burgers just taste like the old fashioned burgers ffom the malt shops that my family and I sent to as a kid. That almost see thru thin paper wrapping of those delicious burgers will make your whole car smell like burgers! Sorry just great memories as a child going to those hamburger stands we would call them. Whataburger is the only hamburger that replicates that. It is s chain that has been around when I was a kid that I never was disappointed to get one of their burgers! Just love this place! I grew up in Texas born and raised and we love our hamburger stands! Whataburger id the last stand standing!

Got a chopped salad with grilled chicken. I was surprised at the fresh, crisp greens and the quality of the grilled chicken. I did not expect this much quality in a fast food salad. I will definitely try another.

THE best service ever! From the young lady taking the drive thru order from the other young lady that took the payment. I had to ask who was the person that took my order that provided the excellent service. They BOTH love their job and it showed. I will drive miles out of my way to go there! This store should be where new hires come for training! I wish I had got their names. Oh I almost forgot, the food was excellent, it was fresh, hot and cut in half just as I requested!

This wataburger seemed a little understaffed. The woman who took my order was also doing things in the lobby when I came in. She was very friendly and understanding when I struggled with my app. I wish I had gotten her name, but she has great customer service skills! The food was good!
