It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Was not to busy when I arrived, was told to pull up just had a #5. 3 cars behind me got their orders first and worker had to come verify what I had ordered. Staff was friendly, I guess school was letting out there was about 30 kids going into Whataburger, thank goodness I got my food when I did! But overall food was fresh and yummy!

We go through the drive thru alot and always get 2 teas, One sweet and the other unsweetened. It never fails that they get the order wrong. Not sure how hard it is. Started going inside to get them myself. Some employees need to get retrained on how to give good customer service. Ms Laura is awesome

WORST WHATABURGER EVER!. Drive thru takes too long so ordered curbside. Waited 20 minutes, saw drive thru cars come and go and I still hadn’t received my order. Went inside to let them know and they’re excuse was that they have customers inside. I told the cashier that I’m a customer too and I already paid. She didn’t really care and the manager didn’t seem to care either. Just got a sorry and a cold burger 20 minutes later.

I ordered 3 chocolate shakes, 3 hot apple pies, and large fries around 12:30 am on the app. We Went through the drive-thru and when we got to the window the order should have been ready. It was not. He gave me the pies and fries and one chocolate shake. I told him there should be three shakes, and he was apologetic. Problem is it took another 8 mins to get those two shakes.

It’s Whataburger! clean and clean restrooms always a plus. If the tomatoes and lettuce were a bit more on the crisp side that’s about it.
