It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

No coke beverages. No ketchup. Only thing to drink tea. Watered down and no flavor. Workers arguing in kitchen. Fries soggy and half a order. 13$ down the drain. Got the southern bacon burger. All three pieces bacon on one side. Not satisfied.

I work overnight but i got off early and was starving. Went through the drive-thru and my order was taken by a lady named Priscilla. She had wonderful customer service with a friendly voice! I started my order and after i finished ordering the first meal, she repeated it and paused. Didn’t make me feel rushed like most people do nowadays! BRAVO!!! Finished my order and drive up. Got to the window and she had a beautiful smile on her face. I appreciate that so much!!! I’m big on customer service. Thank you so much Priscilla on the overnight shift… You deserve a raise!!!

Honestly i don’t ever leave reviews on any type of place, but this place pushed it one too many times. Just gonna give some advice to anyone looking to spend a good amount of money for a meal here … CHECK YOUR ORDER. I honestly cant name a time I haven’t came here and had my complete order in the bag. They always forget something, but they sure dont forget to charge you for it ! Management needa step it up ! And the employees need to DO BETTER.

I’ve never been the type of person that leaves reviews, but this was absolutely the worse Whataburger experience I’ve ever had. I placed a mobile order for my family and it gave me the drive-through option. Apparently I was supposed to get off my car because they stop doing drive-through mobile orders after a certain time. I went inside, and the staff was being very rude and everyone had an attitude. I checked the order and I was missing several items. Brought it to the attention of the staff. It’s it’s like they didn’t care. When they did give me the items they still had attitude. I asked to speak with the manager and she just brushed me off. I have a big family so I’m not sure if they were just upset because I had a big order or if they just don’t like their jobs. Also everyone of the meals we ordered had multiple problems from soggy and cold fries to a warm salad. It was a horrible experience and my family and I will not be returning.

My boyfriend and I went through the drive thru, we got two chicken strip baskets asked for gravy, After a long wait we never received our gravy. The food was dry and I would recommend on double checking your food before leaving. Customer service was fair.
