Miss Vicky
Hard working young adults. They are running around in the heat and attending guests inside. This is a new location and it can have long lines to place your order. It did not take too long for us to get our food. It was all fresh and warm. The inside of this establishment is clean and employees are welcoming.

After waiting over 30 minutes in the drive thru line, I received a burger that literally looked like someone ate off of it. It was disgusting. I drove all the way back to be refunded only for the burger, not the bacon added nor fries & drink. This place is terrible!! And GROSS. I definitely would not recommend eating here and if you do, check your burger!

This place is a joke, bunch of incompetents running this store! My order was not only wrong, but nothing was fresh in the bag, I asked for my food to be made fresh and correctly and they look around like they are lost. Chaos in the kitchen, yelling and laughing what a clown show! Never again.

Of course the food is good, but the service is super slow in the drive thru. Today it took 20 minutes and there were 4 cars in front of us.

Been to this location 2 times. Both times I was in the drive through line and had to wait an extremely long time. There didn’t seem to be any method to the way they were taking orders. My line sat there for along time while the second line was continuously getting their orders taken by a worker outside. It definitely wasn’t a first come first serve order.

This place needs a new management. Spent over 30 minutes waiting for my order with nobody in front of me. People behind me had their orders out before my small order. Asked to speak to the manager for her to tell me the order got misplaced. Asked for a refund and was given the run around.

Been here three times and each time they’ve forgotten items in my order. Never seen apologetic after they’ve messed up. Food is pretty good just the customer service sucks lol

For a new fast food joint, it’s great! I spent 20 minutes from pulling up to leaving during the lunch rush. Everything was correct to the order and fresh.

They were very busy, so yes, it took a while. Order was correct and every employee that I came into contact with was extremely polite and helpful. Apparently another person in line wasn’t as happy with the wait, and the wrong drink they received because they threw the drink at the girl that brought it, and according to her “told their child to curse her out”. Stay classy folks. Do better, and raise your kids better. Geez…

I understand that you are understaffed and that you are offering $12hr to anyone willing to work for that, but it’s still NO EXCUSE that you only worry about the DOUBLE LANE DRIVE THROUGH!! Since you are so busy at this location how about you pay whatever it takes to get somebody besides school kids in there that do not care how backed up they are! I went inside for 2 shakes and absolutely NOBODY inside actually had their food out of at least 10 parties! After I order the 2 shakes I was then told a few minutes later the machine was empty so it would take about 7 minutes before it would be ready so I fine with that until 10 minutes later I was then told “oh sorry, I was to busy taking orders (that they couldn’t fulfill anytime soon) so I am just now adding more product to the shake machine, so it will be an additional 7 plus minutes” on top of the 12+ that I’ve already waited! I said just forget it and refund me, so he had to go get a manager (which looked like he was about 18-19yrs old). Finally I got a refund about 15 minutes after first ordering 2 simple shakes, and as I was leaving I realized that still nobody that was inside had actually gotten their food yet! This is beyond ridiculous!
