Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Came and ordered a grilled chicken salad and asked for extra chicken thinking like a few dollars for extra chicken. My total for a salad with extra chicken was $22.58 for one sub par salad. I understand inflation but that’s just ridiculous. Definitely will not be back.

I don’t know who the new manager is at the gresham store, but the place has definitely turned around. One good burger could be a fluke. But I have had 5 consecutive orders fast, hot, and fresh! The attitudes of the employees taking my order were impeccable. Even talked me into trying the banana pudding shake , which is my new favorite. The store was clean too. I am so thankful you finally got a manager in the store that was capable of pulling it all together. You’ve made a regular customer out of me!

If there were zero stars that’s what this location deserves. Who ever the own this franchise should be a shamed. They are not giving people what they order. It’s really hard to check when the line is long, you have waited 30 min and there’s 10 cars behind you. Also our orders are always for a large family consisting of 4-6 combo meals. Today marks 3 out of the last 5 orders I have placed where an entire meal (that was paid for) is left off. They have ripped us off 3 out of the last 5 times I’ve been in the drive through. It’s very frustrating because we live in the country and it takes 30 minutes to get there and back. At this point they have completely lost my business. I will drive an extra 3 miles north to the location by Grande. STAY AWAY THEY WILL NOT FILL YOUR ORDER CORRECTLY!!!

First time having food at this restaurant. We ordered food here, and everything down to the person taking our order was great. Food was very tasty.

Went thru drive thru and waited 7 mins before calling to let them know we were there trying to order. Was informed they were out of tea and Dr. Pepper. I got water with my meal instead, but was charged for soda. The 2 people on the headsets were talking over each other trying to explain that a truck was coming in and so that is why they didn’t know we were in drive thru. Then, after waiting 20 minutes for our food, she opened the window and asked if I had a spicy chicken sandwich, which I did not. She seemed irritated and closed the window. After another 5 minutes, we finally got our food.

This Whataburger has to do better. They don’t answer the headset in a timely manner. Once you say hello, they’ll come with excuses that they didn’t have a headset on. They keep you in the drive thru for 15 minutes & once you get your food something is always missing. I’m no longer ordering food from here.

I ordered one sausage patty and two eggs. It was $9 and change. I asked them how could it he that high and they told me that one egg is $3 and change and sausage patty is almost $3. This is what happens when you vote democrat. Edit to add that I brought my daughters here and ordered them food. I asked for two water cups and they informed med that it would be $1.00 for each child’s water cup.

Was the most incompetent crew I’ve run across at any whataburger. From the time of starting my order in drive thru till I finally got my order was at least 30 minutes and only one vehicle in front of me. Order wound up being wrong too. Only 2 people working and they both said it was their first shift ever. Management really dropped the ball on this shift hiring

Reliably good food! Service is good. Quality over speed. But I will go back of course!
