Though it’s not my first time dining at Whataburger, around a week ago it was my first time dining at this location and all I can say is that I am very disappointed. Not only did I have to go to the front kiosk and politely told them that part of my order was missing, but once I did one of the ladies there chuckled and then quickly said “sorry”. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but regretted it as soon as another young worker whispered something in her her ear, both of them looked at me, and smiled/ smirked? I found that extremely rude to be honest. A more responsible young lady went and got me my food; I returned to my seat, however I couldn’t help but notice that they looked at my direction. I felt uneasy after that and decided to leave. The food was good but the service was a disappointment.

Staff are trash. Will lie to you to work less. Take forever with no one in line. Literally a bunch a children playing on their phones. I’ve had better experiences at in and out. Hope that stings!
