Typically fast food is not an option. When there’s only 30 minutes between appointments it becomes the only option. Upon entry, it was obvious that this would be a pretty good experience. The warm welcome for the manager set the tone for my short 30 minute stay. Jokingly, I asked the manager if he could create a sandwich to resemble the picture. Challenge accepted!! The Patty Melt came very close to the picture but more importantly the flavor, temperature and presentation were on point! The restroom and restaurant were clean.. so clean that I slipped a couple times to and from the restroom. No fall, just a slip. The moment you enter an establishment you almost immediately know what type of experience you’re in for. This was an enjoyable one with exceptional service! Thank you Mr. Manager

This location only review. Drove up and no one said anything for a long time. I drove away, parked and went in. Inside was full of HS kids. No one at the register, and about 10 employees behind the counter/cook area..sigh

This is why we have only visited this location twice in the last six months. Nothing is ever right. We live 15 minutes from this location. So not easy to rectify anything very easily. Hamburgers were prepared wrong and very poor quality. Ordered two unsweetened tea. Got sweet tea. Wife asked for sweet n low, got something else. Very poor management and training at this location. Do not waste your time here. Will never get better.

These used to be a fast food establishment. Well that’s wrong at this Whataburger. I had one car in front of me and I waited 15 minutes for a simple jalapeno cheddar breakfast meal! They had 6 people working in there and it still took 15 minutes!!! Well let me tell you, find another Whataburger to eat at if your in a hurry like I was. I am still steaming over having to wait that long in the drive through line.

Absolutely disappointed tonight. Always went to this location a lot. It has changed way to much. Went in to get some food. Ordered our food. Then was told that they were under staffed and that it will be a little bit. There was at least 5 or 6 workers there. There was a long drive through line. There under staffed but moving like turtles. If you want the line to go fast then move fast and not like turtles Thanks never again!

I’ve never written a bad review but the cashier doing to-go tonight should be called out she was rude the entire time even rolled her eyes when I asked for sauce then shut the widow on me when I tried to ask for straws. After she realized I wasn’t pulling forward and was willing to wait she opened the window and then gave them to me and shut it, once again with an attitude. All of this even after I replied with a yes ma’am and thank you. I’ve been coming at about 1am after work once a week and have always had a pleasant experience even with it late the cashiers have always had manners. I don’t know if it was a bad day she was having or she had a problem but the fact that I got home with the completely wrong order was at what point I decided to write the review as someone who waited in a line and dealt with an attitude it would have been nice to at least have the dinner I ordered.

Every single time I place a mobile order, I always have to wait 30-55min waiting at curbside pick-up. This includes coming after the time allotted given by the app. 90% of the time our order is wrong, only reason I ever go to Whataburger is specifically for my kid who loves their food and consistently they still manage to not give her Gravy even if it clearly is stated by me or my mobile order receipt.

I had a wonderful experience at this location in Redoak off 342. Today I came by at 7:30pm and noticed the lights were flickering due to a storm. The manager appreciated me waiting on my order and also couldn’t charge my card so he gave me my food for free. The Manager and drive thru staff were very professional and kind. In the last couple of years I go to this location more since the other location near I35 has slow service most times. Hopefully after their renovation service will be better there???

I would have given a higher rating but a trainee was left unattended to take our order, she forgot to drop the hashbrown. All that was ok. Her trainer told us she forgot, apologized for our wait and still forgot to put the item with our meal.

The person that’s seems to be the manager a woman named Bobbie was very rude, she was our cashier but it wasn’t her name on our ticket, very evident she was in a bad mood, I understand it’s Saturday night everyone is tired and would rather to be home, She had no right to ruin meal time for us. I couldn’t help to feel a hint of either prejudice or racism from her part, we are hispanic but it’s not like we don’t speak english. It took them over 30 minutes to give us our to go order, It’s ridiculous for a fast food restaurant. If they are short staffed should let you know in advance they didn’t gave us the condiments we ordered.
