It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. Terese was the associate who took our order. Whatever you need to do to retain her so she doesn’t go somewhere else…I’d recommend. She is someone people would come back to Whataburger for and is an asset to your company. She will go places, and could easily serve at a high end restaurant for high dollar tips or run a restaurant.

Negative -5 Stars Ordered a Cobb Salad for lunch and received two long strands of hair mixed in with my salad. Workers don’t wear hairnets or gloves and are allowed wear their hair long enough to reach their shoulders and waist. Stay far away from this restaurant if you value your health, money and peace of mind!!!!!!!! You’ve been warned!!!!!!

Awful- waited 20 minutes- others there longer! Burger(meat) was not hot and cheese was cold(not melted). 5 employees working and one came out four times while there sitting down playing on her phone for like 10 minutes each time.

I am leaving a review because every time I go to this whataburger it is a typical fast food experience, you wait a little while on the food (typical since covid there’s been staffing issues) but the employees are always so pleasant. I will say the past two times I have gone inside instead of using the drive thru I have been absolutely APPALLED by the management. You have people ranging for 17-23 back there making bomb food for minimum wage and the way the management speaks to them is unacceptable. Tonight we waited 15minutes on our food WHICH WAS NO PROBLEM – the problem was that the manager yelling at staff. Not sure if it was Victoria/ Tori but Corporate please get this woman some anger management. I don’t care if you’re upset with your team there’s other ways to handle it. I feel so bad for the team they did great handling her.

Love the food. But been sitting in the drive through for 30 minutes. Can’t get out. It’s this way every time I come. You could literally get a din-in experience for the time it takes to go through their drive-through.

Service is terrible. Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes and never heard a word. Decided to order online. Pick up time between 4:18 and 4:21. I’m here at 4:37 waiting right now. Employees don’t care. Mostly worried about the food they’ll be taking home with them. With the number of fast food restaurants nearby, why would you come here?

I got just a kids just a burger waited 35 min to get half cold fries and a burger so stale with a patty burnt when I thought because it took so long I’d get fresh food. The staff wasn’t very pleasant either the lady at the window was very condescending and unhelpful.
