It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. Came at lunch time so maybe that’s why the tables weren’t wiped down.Jamie was so pleasant and working hard. Maybe give this one ☝️ a raise good employees are so hard to come by. The food is good fries yummy and my fish sandwich as I like it – tomato and lettuce +pickles . Thank you for standing out in the fast food shuffle . If you’re in middleburg, this is a good choice

Stoped in to get something quick to eat, however, that was not the case. I will say this… they have AMAZING customer service, but the wait time is crazy! This is why I took 1 star away. 30 minutes for a Whataburger meal and a Southern Bacon Double with some onion rings. I understand fresh takes longer, but not 30 minutes….

Quick lunch with a coworker…. sweet and spicy burger for the win!! Only negative would be that the inside tables were dirty. They must have just gotten done with a rush, but no one seemed interested in cleaning the lobby. We cleaned our own table. Still a good meal and a good visit with a friend. We’ll be back!!

Ordered no lettuce tomato or onions, got about 15-20 pickles with an amount of mustard that made the bun soggy. Photo is of the few pickles I could pull off while driving and getting mouthfuls of vinegar. Also paid for a brownie and apple pie and did not receive either but I take the blame for that for putting too much trust in the 5 ladies standing there chatting, while I wait 15 minutes for my food with no line, to be able to get two meals and two desserts correct.

We went through the drive thru and had 2 combos and a kids meal. Burgers were good but Fries were ice cold and they were out of tea so I got coke which taste mostly like syrup. We like Whataburger but it just wasn’t that great today.

Going Places
We have went this particular Whataburger alot and everytime have been satisfied. Employees are really nice and helpful. The atmosphere is pleasant, everything is clean and organized. On our visit today Grant helped us with our order, brought it to our table and made sure we had everything we needed, he was on point and welcoming. We didn’t have to wait to order and everything was made really quick. All of our food came out hot, drinks nice and cold and the Dr. Pepper shake was tasted great too. This was an awesome visit, we highly recommend this Whataburger.

I spent over 20 minutes in the drive thru waiting on my order and upon receiving it, the large fry looked like a medium and was barely warm. As much as they charge for a meal, I expect good, hot food. The very young manager apologized and stated they are short staffed. I can only imagine the pressure she and the staff are under. I will not be returning any time soon.
