After numerous visits here and to surrounding Thai restaurants I have to say that WDH Thai tops them all. The staff are always extremely pleasant and happy to see you and the food always comes out exactly how you want it. Thai iced coffee or iced tea are always a must for non alcoholic beverages. The menu and pricing system is very easy navigate and the portions are very generous. We’ll be back many times more and I doubt we’ll ever be disappointed.

I’ve tried dozens upon dozens of Thai food restaurants throughout San Diego. This is Def amongst the top 3 I’ve been to. Service was excellent and the food was amazing. Will Def be recommending and coming back!!!!

So excellent and very authentic homemade flavors. Definitely a step beyond other restaurants of this kind in the area. Just go! Pictures don’t do the flavor justice.

My favorite thai restaurant in SD! I loved EVERYTHING about this place. Had tomyum soup, phad thai, and thai fried rice and all of them were so good. The best part was that the dishes were not salty at all yet tasted so good and healthy like homemade. The place was very open and airy and the service was excellent too!

They were super busy on the Friday night I went to go pick my food up, which is a good sign! The red curry with tofu was delicious! I would absolutely order from them again, but probably at a time when it’s a little slower.

The Name was a deterrent these past two years, even though I do like Thai food and “healthy eating” is fine, you know? It is just too quirky of a name, sigh. Last minute dinner plans with a friend landed us here since we wanted to get a walk in, as well…We had the red curry chicken dish, the cauliflower cashew chicken dish, the shrimp fresh rolls, the veggie egg rolls (which are super tiny and look more like spring rolls), with white rice. The food was fairly tasty, although underwhelming in seasonings, ~on the other hand, it did taste super “clean”, which is why I do love Thai food. Don’t bother with the shrimp fresh rolls, they were tasteless and skimpy on the shrimp. The Thai iced tea was delicious…The service was finicky and rushed even though the restaurant was half empty at 7:45 on a Friday night! We asked for whatever dessert was available, but never received it, and were presented with the check instead. Low energy, rushed waitstaff usually ruins the meal for me. It did.

What a lovely place! Thai is my favorite and this little restaurant takes it to the next level with beautiful atmosphere, kind & attentive service, quality ingredients and gorgeous preparations. I had tofu spring rolls and veggie pad thai and enjoyed every moment of both. If I lived in SD I’d be here at least once or twice a week. Perfection.

Fresh, delicious Thai food in an open, airy, laid back environment. The miang kham with toasted coconut, lime, peanuts in kale was light and refreshing with a perfect balance of sweet, sour, bitter, and savory. Highly recommended. The veggie pad Thai was piping hot with an ample assortment of vegetables in a sweet sauce. Service was excellent.
