OMG! One of the best restaurant experiences I have had this year! The atmosphere was great, food was fantastic and the staff was Super friendly and really seemed to enjoy their jobs. I got there at happy hour and there were several drink specials. Ordered the Shrimp and Grits and immediately transported to Charleston!!! Sooooo Good. The pork belly added just the right hint of salt and the smoked Gouda in the grits is my new go to! Keep up the Great Service! I will be back!

I have to start off with the service being absolutely amazing. Maddie who helped us all night was so attentive and so helpful for it being our first time there. She was so nice and so friendly, had a ton of conversation with her, I could talk to her all day! The whole staff was super nice definitely the best service I’ve ever experienced! The food was amazing, got the chicken parm which was delicious, my bf got the ramen which was amazing and he also got the Nashville hot chicken sandwich which was so so good. We will definitely be back here very soon and I definitely recommend this place to anyone! Amazing staff, amazing food, and amazing atmosphere

Enjoyed dining at West & Main. Very comfortable environment. The staff were friendly. The live music was a treat, and made it feel a little like NASHVILLE. The shrimp and grits was a delicious meal. I personally would have liked about twice as much grits as what came out on the plate. Definitely an establishment worth visiting again.

Parents and I had an amazing time this AM with Raychael, who is as delightful as can be. Honestly, one of the best service experiences I’ve had in a long time (served 20+ years in the biz) and that made the experience all the better. Food was good, but read the menu carefully – I ordered eggs Benedict and as a guy would do, I didn’t realize it came with biscuits…changes the whole dish for me. Not a huge deal, and totally my fault. Biscuits and sausage gravy were great and they even did a half order of French toast which was basically our dessert! Again, I can’t emphasize it enough…go for the food and nostalgic character of the space but stay and be happy with the awesome service!! Thanks, Rachael (I hope that was really her name?!) One last thing, three adults walked out after stuffing our faces and the bill was just under $50. I live in a big city and love that about small towns!!

Nashville chicken sandwich wasn’t very spicy but was perfectly crispy. I prefer not to feel my face after eating a Nashville chicken sandwich but it was seriously the crispiest, best fried chicken breast sandwich I’ve ever eaten. Very satisfying. Friendly bartenders, too.

Had a wonderful experience at West and Main on a random weekday where the service and attention to detail did not taper off. The impressive culinary skills especially due to the flavor combinations they conjure together are quite exceptional. I highly recommend coming here for a visit. This is a wonderful addition to Warren area. The strawberry coated in balsamic served with baked brie was quite scrumptious!

Friendly wait staff, charming space, and people in good spirits! This might be the best cheesecake I’ve had in a long time. It’s light and has subtle lemon highlights and it’s not too sweet! The pretzels and beer cheese are fun, but the Mac and cheese is divine. Looking forward to going back and trying a few more dishes. I’d have liked the lights turned down just a little, but I think this place is just charming. Live music and a view of the kitchen in the back give this spot lots of good mojo.

My first experience here was fantastic! It was a busy Friday night downtown, and all the restaurants were packed. We were worried we wouldn’t get in anywhere in before our concert without a reservation, but West & Main was able to accommodate! Lauren, the hostess, was extraordinary. She worked her magic to get us to a great high-top relatively quickly.
