I really like the sandwiches here but they really do not have enough workers or something. To no fault of the worker working right now, this place just got packed. He is taking orders and making sandwiches, im actually suprised he isn’t getting over whelmed and just walking out because this company didn’t schedule engine else but him. The wait is crazy long for sandwiches right now because of the negligence of this company. I feel super bad for the worker!!! This company needs to get it together because this is ridiculous…

Positive: The sourdough roll was perfection. I love a good crusty baguette, & this really did make my entire day. I will probably be back for the bread alone. Friendly employees who greeted me with warm smiles were a close 2nd.

Great sandwiches. Perfect balance of meat, veggies and condiments. Bread is awesome. Friendly staff, but more employees needed. Very busy so the wait was longer than should have been. It was about 5 minutes standing at counter to order before order was taken and about another 15 minutes before we received our “to go” food. Worth the wait but would not work if you were on a 30 min lunch break.

Went for lunch yesterday after not having been in over a year. We waited more than 45 minutes for our food after ordering to the point where everyone who ordered after us had received and eaten their food. After we let them know they forgot us we didn’t get any apologies and they still proceeded to take 7 more mins just to make one small salad and a bread bowl. They were not short staffed and in fact had 3 workers behind the counter. This reminded me of why I stopped going. Some people only have an hour for lunch and there was no rush in them to get our order to us. The food has gone downhill as well.
