I just moved to the area and have always enjoyed a good sandwich for lunch. Luckily this place is close to work. Gave them a try today and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a 4″ turkey and a cup of mac n cheese using the online ordering. It was waiting for me by the time I got there even though the website said 20-25 minutes. This is fine for most things but by the time I got back, the mac n cheese had cooled a bit. Next time I will just drive and order and skip ordering online.

Wish I could give zero stars ordered food online for pick up. Husband picked up our order asked the worker for our order they shoved it over and didn’t even make sure to give us our drink cups or where to grab our chips. Made our sandwiches all wrong had and had old brown lettuce. When we called the manager Bairs stated we would get a refund but allow her time due to lunch rush. They never gave us refund. Will not be going there again poor service, bad food, can’t believe you would charge such high prices for brown old lettuce!

Recently purchased 4 French dips with extra meat and a cup of soup for over 60$… the soup was good, the sandwiches were less inspired and small. Would not recommend, and will prob not go back at least not for a French dip.

I’ve been to multiple sourdoughs and I usually love them but when the store doesn’t close until 8pm and I walk in at 7:40 and they refuse to make anything hot that’s very poor service. Especially since all the bread is toasted then a sandwich is made with the toasted bread. My biggest issue is the dude who said that claimed to be the owner but if that’s how he runs his business then I’m honestly surprised you’re still in business.
