The name West Broadway Pizza and Seafood has been around in the Gardner Massachusetts area for many years, but it was last sold at the end of December 2020. The new owners hired new staff and began a thorough cleaning of the place and made many repairs. They reorganized the layouts and gave the restaurant a good paint job, added digital menus and decorated the dining room with pretty flower vases. They trained the team on being generous with the toppings and being detail oriented with the food preparation.
As a result of their massive efforts, West Broadway Pizza recently won the Gardner Community Action Team’s Best Pizza Contest on August 3, 2021 at the Greater Gardner’s Annual National Night Out, which rewarded their efforts.

My favorite thing: for Valentine’s day they had a heart shaped pizza as a special. It’s still on the menu (on the slice app) and we order it frequently because it’s cute and fun. Delivery drivers are courteous and prompt. Pizzas and salads are always good quality and fairly priced. Great local spot!

Got a pistrami sub and they had an option to add chicken so i thought why not might be good so i payed about 20$ for 1 large sub they called me 2 times to ask about the chicken then when i get home and sit down to eat i have a pistrami sub with 1 tiny chunk of chicken like a piece smaller than a mcdonalds chicken nugget for an extra 3.00 thanks guys!

Today I ordered a large extra cheese and black olive pizza from this restaurant. The person who took my order sounded rather disinterested in my business, but managed to muddle his way through taking my order and accepting payment. I don’t know whether he’s just having an off day, or just high, as I have heard good things about this place, so I decided to check them out. However, that being said, that was the ONLY reason I have to give them four stars, as their pizza is very good, very nicely prepared with a good edible crust to enjoy. I was NOT disappointed. The delivery driver was courteous, and as prompt as can be on New Year’s Eve, and was very helpful. No complaints there. Overall, a good experience, I would order from them again, and I think you should to. Give them a try.

We branched out to try this place after hearing about the new owners. Food was average, the pizza was good and the hot sub was good. The potato skins were average. We ordered a turkey club which on the website states comes with 3 slices of bread, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. My turkey club only came with 2 slices of bread and no lettuce. If the sandwiches are only going to come on two slices of bread instead of clubs coming on a traditional three slices, the menu should be updated.

I do like this Pizza/Seafood place. Always pleased with the pizza they never skimp on the toppings! I’ve ordered the chef salad recently and both did not have roast beef and the price on the web menu is not the same as what I was charged. 🙁

We were quarantined with ‘vid, and were desperate to find something we could taste. We rarely ever get delivery, but under the circumstances obviously we were thankful for the option. As always our order was great, and I hope how appreciative we are to shops like this. Our subs were quality, full of good ingredients, and delivered fast and with care.
