I just kept the Wendy’s on E Bloomingdale Ave in Valrico FL. The young man at the counter refused to take my order and told me to use the touchscreen. I explained I only wanted a plain cheeseburger. He argued with me that I could do it on the self promot I told him no I couldn’t. I went ahead and got it with pickles and onion. I returned it stating there’s no where to delete this items. No napkins and absolutely filthy inside. I won’t be back. Perhaps someone needs to train people properly. 4 people and no one knows what to do. Ridiculous
