Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Placed my usual order, waited 15 minutes, then was told my order had to be refunded per the manager because they were not allowed to sell just burger patties (which I’ve ordered there before). Then he went on to complain to other customers about how he had to refund my order. Left and ordered the same thing at a competitor, no problems. Filed a complaint with corporate so we’ll see if that goes anywhere.

Went to the one in Palmer, Alaska on June 26, 2023. Tried ordering what was on the menu through the drive through with friends. They refused to honor the drive through sign they had posted 4 for 4$ . Claimed it was out of state prices .

I like the food, but the frequency in which they are missing ingredients is astounding. 5 times in the past 2 months they were missing something, 4 of the times it was lettuce. I’m not sure who does the ordering but they really aren’t doing their job. I know it’s not the easiest thing to do predicting what is needed, I did the ordering for a pizza place for 3 years, but being out of the same ingredient repeatedly borders on incompetence.

Spent 20 min. In the drive through lane to be told that they were out of half the stuff I was planning to order, not the first time. Supervisors should get a call from the franchise office for lacking the ability to run a proper branded business.

When in drive thru, Be sure to ask if they actually have the items you are purchasing. We ordered via drive thru, they gave us all wrong items, when we walked back in to get the correct sandwiches there was a long line of ppl demanding refunds. Apparently they took our order knowing that they were out of everything, and then they didn’t give a refund. Really poor management. At least just be honest with people.

Well I just left one of the most disturbingly embarrassing situations at palmer Wendy’s. Me, my wife and my two kids stopped in to get food and noticed in the drive thru we were missing two burgers and we had got a random chicken sandwich. When the manager announced that no we lied and we for some reason kept it and lied. I’m sorry but I have never in my life been treated so poorly. Infront of my wife and 9 year old, the manager storm’s up to the window and says what’s the problem!? I said, “it’s offensive to say we got the food and accuse us of stealing it” the manager throws his arms up and storms off. Worst customer service I’ve had in my entire life, I would never go back. If that manager thinks that’s how you treat people then he should find a job that doesn’t involve customer service. I asked the managers name and a girl had to think of a fake name… I never ended up eating the burger, for fear they might have done something bad.

Great food and service.. anytime (if ever) there’s an issue, they’re quick to resolve it or replace my order. Of course like everyone- prices went up.. that’s thr only thing I have an issue with. It’s hard to come here and not spend thirty dollars just for two people to get meals.

Went through the drive through. Servers and manager were unreasonably angry about something. I ordered 6 meals (2 Dave’s double, 1 Dave’s single, 2 baconators, and 1 pretzel pub burger meal). After waiting for my meals they opened the window and handed me 2 small bags. I knew that wasn’t all of it and asked “is this all of it?” They replied, “yes it is, have a good day :)” and closed the window. I took their word for it assuming maybe they fit it all into those 2 bags but alas, after we hit the highway back home my brother in the passenger seat tells me, “bro. How many burgers did you order?” I reply, “I ordered 6, is there 6 in there?” He tells me, “no bro. There’s only 2 burgers.”

Honestly I don’t feel good going here since you know it’s fast food and not good for your body but when getting the chicken spicy nuggets I feel happy and I recommend always getting spicy food here cause it works well with my metabolism!
