They are always out of everything!!!! Update your menu please because I ordered the fish sandwich which it looks like you serve by the big picture on the menu to find out that they don’t carry it at all. Out of chili. Ordered a salad, out of the dressing it comes with, wanted ranch, out of that too. The employees are nice and give good service just wish the establishment wasn’t always out of their food. This is not the first time I have come across this either.

Normally, the food is decent, but lately it has been subpar. I went the night of 12/23/19, ordered spicy nuggets. The nuggets were a complete waste. Nowhere close to warm. They conveniently didn’t give me a receipt. Get it together wendy

After going out of my way and then waiting in the drive thru line for 25 minutes to order with someone who simply said hello through the speaker because I really wanted a spicy chicken sandwich, the only thing correct about my order was my drink. I got a loaded cheeseburger and fries instead of the chicken sandwich I ordered. At least the fries were tasty.

The dine in part was closed. So drive thru only. I ordered online but still had to sit in the drive thru line to get my order. 7 cars ahead of me. When i did get my turn, staff was nice. But they were out of ice and BBQ sauce. I ordered nuggets for kids. Who wanted bbq sauce. After i got my order, i pulled over to check the order. Missing 1 fry. I called the store and they brought it out to me within a couple of mins. I wasn’t going to sit in line again. They had 9 cars in line by then. Again the staff was nice but i feel they were overwhelmed. They did their best. But i would guess short staffed. And short supplies.

Don’t like that their spicy chicken nuggets and their regular chicken nuggets are cooked in the same fryer. The spiciness always carries over into my regular and then I can’t eat them because I can’t tolerate the spicy. I know I’m super sensitive that way but this is what prevents me from eating here.

The wait can be long. I saw several cars give up and leave. We love the burgers so worth the wait. They tend to run out of salads in late afternoon but with work with u to get an acceptable substitution

This has got to be the WORST drive thru experience I’ve ever had. We waited 35 minutes just to order our food. There were at least two people on break and two doing garbage or stocking. There was a huge line of cars. The only positive here is that they got most of our food right. Huge waste of time!
