Normally they’re pretty good but I ordered a burger with no pickles and pub fries. I got pickles all over my sandwich and the pub fries had cheese and just two strips of bacon on top. Not the bacon pieces they’re supposed to have. Can’t cut up the bacon with the plastic fork you get. And I can’t eat pickles. Had to toss the burger and the dog got the bacon. Pretty disappointed.

Abosulutely horrible experience every time I go there. I go to Wendy’s quite often in auburn and grass valley. I’ve finally had it with the grass valley one. They are super slow and the food it always bland especially the fries(they taste stale every time). Auburn always has my food ready within 2 minutes and always has fresh food that taste good. Grass valley needs to step up its game. I’m sure they have lost tons of business due to these reasons. Last time I went in they didn’t even say a single word to me they just took my money handed me my food. I am disappointed.

I have friends who swear by this brand for a quick bite on the run. They must never have gone to the grass valley location. This location somehow has either gotten my order wrong or served me dry, terrible patties every time I’ve been there. Thanks I’ll just go get a burrito instead.

Go through the drive through and the lady taking the order just kept saying yes. Didnt ask any question about how I wanted the order. I specifically asked for the regular chicken not spicy. When I paid I asked her what she had and she just keot saying yes. When I picked up the order they said I got the regular chicken. I told the lady that the person taking the orders needs to ask questions. She told me she cant because she only soeaks Spanish. Get home and you guessed it they gave me the spicy sandwich. Unbelievable

Went there for the “always hot” fry’s and a Baconator. To be clear I am a huge fan of Wendy’s burgers, but this was by far the worst burger I have ever had at a Wendy’s. The beef was dark and dry which is not what I expected at all.

Sloppy drive thru service. No napkins for 2 burgers, fries were cool to the touch & no requested sweetener with iced tea. This is a frequent issue at the drive thru. Have now gone to contacting the corporate ph. # on the receipt to complain. Get it together please Wendy’s.

They charge more than listed price for their combos. The sign and adds say comes with med fries and drink so I order a combo “What size” a medium please I say and was charged 60 cents more than listed. 60 cents is not a big deal but when I said politely” looks like your sign is wrong”the guy doesn’t even look and says that’s for a small . I told him to look at the sign. Nope goes and gets a manager saying this guy has a problem with the price. Kinda wished I would have kept my mouth shut. When I pointed out the sign and their video monitor she,the manager, says that must be a mistake do you want the medium or not? I said no thank you and left. I didn’t care about the 60 cents but the way they acted like I was stupid was unbelievable and extremely rude.

Two visits since they opened a few weeks ago. Love the exterior and how clean everything is. Ordered a Dave’s Double with Frosty both times. Outstanding beef on the burger, very fresh. Fries hot and fresh. However, both times I also ordered a kids hamburger PLAIN for my elderly mother who likes her food PLAIN and even though I was explicit in my order requests the burgers were wrong and no plain either time. I’ve also noticed the window personnel, while not rude, seem indifferent. There are obvious training issues here which need to be addressed. Otherwise, this is a great addition to the Grass Valley “Burger Basin”.
