The workers give off bad vibes and you have to tell them a million times what sauce you need. Like no, I didn’t ask for soy sauce I asked for sweet and sour sauce. And one of the tables the chair is literally ripped off you can’t even sit on it. The nuggets were Alr but I recommend you do not go to this Wendy’s. I swear someone must have done witchcraft on it because it was just an off place. Do not recommend.

Wasn’t in the mood for McD’s so right across the street is Wendy’s. Im glad that I did as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted, the young man Angel was very helpful and courteous something new and refreshing in today’s day of fast food. I opted for the Baconator with double meat. Its almost too much the fries definitely filled me up but there was just enough room for a small frosty. Perfect. Thanks Angel and Wendy’s for a great lunch.

Customer service was not available today. Wasn’t greeted, wasn’t acknowledged till the gossip was over. On top of that, couldn’t bother to get the order right. This wasn’t the Wendy’s experience, I’ve gotten in this store ever before. Manager on duty, couldn’t apply himself to customer service either. Sad.

We ordered chicken nuggets online and when we went through the drive through to pick it up (normally we go inside but were instructed on the app to go through the drive through instead) we were told that they didn’t have regular nuggets and that they made our order with spicy nuggets instead. We asked if we could get a refund or just get something else, and the man at the window said that we would have to call to dispute the charges, which I think is absolutely ridiculous because as a fast food worker myself, I know that it is entirely possible to give someone a refund upon asking. He practically threw the order at us, and we decided that it wasn’t worth it to argue. We realized when we got home that they hadn’t given us any of the dipping sauces that we had ordered with the nuggets either. Overall a bad experience. I am someone who doesn’t like spicy, and I would have been happier had they offered a different kind of substitution at the very least, but it would be smarter to remove the nuggets off the app all together when they aren’t available so they could avoid this type of thing.

This particular location has a horrid fly problem… i counted the windows (there were about 12) and each window had about 6-8 flies on it, that’s about 72 flies. (and that’s being generous) A fly flew into my face while waiting for food (which took an absurd amount of time) at least 4 times. They also forgot one of our drinks and then only filled them half way up. so we had to ask him to top it off. and there was flies all over the tables, customers, and I had even seen a lot landing in the kitchen area. Ewwww. nobody wants flies all over them and their food. We decided to sit in the grass outside and make it a to go order because the flies were so bad. however we did enjoy our food outside. would have rated better if it weren’t for flies.

I have not been to a Wendy’s in 20 years. This location had friendly service and food cooked to order. It was also clean. I remembered that I’m not a huge fan of Wendy’s but I believe their food and as very good for a Wendy’s so I would recommend it. Only 4 stars because I’m not a Wendy’s fan but if you are, you will most likely be happy with this spot
