As far as fast food goes, this place makes good food. Strawberry frosty is just as good as the better fast foods, like in n outs shake. Their value menu gives you a decent sized and well made burger as you can see in my pics, just need one to satiate you, and two to make you full. Ghost pepper ranch sauce is also delicious

Check your food. First they forget to add nuggets to my bag, so I had to drive back for them. Then I give my kids there food and the meat on the hamburgers is still raw looking. I guess that’s what you get when you have a bunch of kids working and playing around.

I really enjoy Wendys food. I visit the store in Monrovia on foothill Blvd almost everyday. On 8/8/23 at 2:20pm I ordered the Jr cheeseburger deluxe, and received the Jr cheeseburger. The next day 8/9/23 at 2:20pm I told the manager on Duty and she was very helpful in correcting there mistake. Great job to the manager she has great customer service and was very understanding.

This is a very nice Wendy’s the staff is friendly and the dining room is clean. I ordered the Big Bacon Cheddar Triple Cheeseburger Combo and it was hot and fresh! Also the Strawberry and Chocolate Frostys we’re cool and refreshing. Their mobile app works well and is easy to navigate. Free parking in lot.

I felt like making an order inside the restaurant was an inconvenience for the staff. The drive thru line was too long to get into it without blocking street traffic, so I walked inside. I felt like they didn’t want to talk to a person face to face. The food was good. The order was ready quickly. It was not one of the best Wendy’s experiences that I’ve had.

The drive-thru is horrible now. They were so good about 5-6 mos ago. Now they keep giving the wrong burger and no receipt to verify your order. The last time this happened I had to go back to get the meal I actually ordered. They remade my burger but absolutely no accountability or customer service on their part. My fries got cold and my drink watered down and they did not offer a fresh order of fries or a complimentary anything for the inconvenience caused.

Sometimes they get it right. Sometimes they don’t. Lately they have not. I stated last Saturday and today, I wanted 2 Honey Butter Chicken Biscuits. They give me 2 Honey Butter Biscuits. I put emphasis on the word CHICKEN. And they still mess up and give me just the biscuits. I’m done going to this place in the morning, they need to hire competent employees who can hear properly.

On 3 separate times, we had to go back because they had forgot at least 2 sandwiches. This most recent time they made a fuss over a Dave’s single and asked us to check and make sure, I did. Then she asked to see our bags, touched everything. They said they know they put it in our bag…. but they would give us one. Lol, bro it’s a 5$ BURGER you better believe I’m coming back just because yall get pressured and confused. I used to work at a Carl’s Jr as a cook, it is VERY stressful but mistakes happen. It’s not my fault, it ain’t yours, just give me the burger and get on with your night. Food was still dank, I did however get the runs this time…. I wonder why

Be careful if you doing doordash or Uber eats here after lobby closed, a woman name Claudia is super narcissist about doing so, I had told her about a single pick up, when I get to the window and show her that doordash just add it another customer, she told me I didn’t tell her at the intercom, so now I will have to drive around again for the second pick up, and on top of that the first pick up is going to take 10 minutes plus cause it’s a large order, so you will have to wait at the front door, super unhelpful and very hostile against gig workers! she then have the audacity to tell me I am tired of you Uber people here! Please by all means take Uber or doordash off your restaurant, I for one don’t want to be here after how Claudia treated me!
