I had a rough day and couldn’t decide what to have for dinner, then decided I deserve a nice treat instead. We came to the Wendy’s on cooper & Warner. My French fries were hot and fresh with the perfect amount of salt and my frosty was nice and thick so Thick. Definitely hit the spot and feeling much better. Great Job to that crew for doing so fantastic! the staff was friendly and respectfully. It was a nice experience…

The food was good per the usual at Wendy’s and the employees were kind. My issue is the lethargic service that took 20 plus minutes to serve up 3 burgers, 2 orders of nuggets, and fries. The drive through was nearly empty and the inside of the restaurant was quiet enough to hear a pin drop; no reason for the service to take so long. Worst part of all of this was that the manager saw all this happen and just went in back to his office without trying to assist at all. I will not be returning.

I stopped at this location for a cold drink and to use the restroom. I usually do it about once a week. All I can say about the ladies bathroom is somebody who knows what they’re doing needs to clean that really well. The floors are so gross you actually stick to them when you walk on them. (Use bleach) Also the toilet paper holder has been broken for weeks that I can remember. Just not a good idea to have toilet paper exposed where anyone could touch it or drop it on the floor and then somebody behind them goes and uses it. That’s all part of the atmosphere and that part of it is not good. I cannot contest to the food because I have not eaten here. I do wish the bathroom was cleaner.

First, the sweet girl helping in the drive thru was amazing. Which is why I gave a 3 for service. But when I had to turn around and go into the store because one of our sandwiches was missing and our fries were cold, I was met by a young kid who when asked by another young kid why I was there he said because she wanted fresh fries and she’s missing a sandwich. My disgust came from the kid helping me taking the cold fries from the bag and placing them back under the warmer. I then said to him that he should throw those away, after all they were touched by me and now him. Before putting my new fries in the bag, he proceeded to push down trash in a trash can help a customer and then put my food back in the bag and never once wash his hands. Come on Wendy’s your team members got to do better. Your mission statement is on the wall of course we want fresh, accurate food orders.

Say yes to a receipt and check your bag before leaving the window. Staff is friendly but most of them seem like young kids who are just there. I rarely come here as they have never made an order of mine correctly. They repeated my chicken sandwich order back to me, but we ended up with the regular burger versions. $33 dollars is cheap for a breakup, at least. I’m done trying, goodbye Wendy.

The worker that handed my food was polite. However, there was a long wait with a stack of cars barely moving. Also, the biggest opportunity was the chicken nuggets, texture was dry and stale which is disappointing since Wendy’s usually has great fresh nuggets. The bacon in the BLT was also stale and hard.

Sat in drive through about 20 min to get my now cold food. Didn’t get a fork so went back. After all my time wasted I can’t get back, they gave me a junior frosty to wipe my tears away…with no spoon. But that’s okay. I used to eat snack packs with no spoon. Wife loves that. 10/10 never come again

Horrible only come here cause it’s buy my house. They can never get the order right ask for any extra anything and they put less then normal, ran by kids it seems like, customer service is by far nonexistent, and food quality is even different then others. It will be the last I ever go to this location.

Terrible attitude from drive thru staff. Short on the order and coke was flat. Called back to inform coke had no carbonation so future guests wouldn’t be disappointed and staff member on the phone said ” so what do you want from me?” JBC was a joke. All in all this location was closest to my house but has now lost my business. Hope the management digs into which staff members care and which ones to move on from.

This Wendy’s is always the worst. Incredibly slow and is the type of place that fills your large fry half way. They have 1/4 the line of any fast food restaurant in the county yet they somehow manage to take double the time to do anything.
