My kids completed their ‘23 summer reading program at the local library. The reward they received was a coupon for a frosty. The library said that the coupons were valid for Utah county even though it said “Salt Lake County”. Well, needless to say when we got to Payson Wendy’s the shift manager said, “First of all, These aren’t valid and they say SLC. “ “I (emphasis on I) don’t accept any coupons outside of Utah county.” This is all fine and dandy, but my kids were disappointed and I was disgusted by this employee’s attitude. Whatever happened to making customers (kids) happy? One star.

I have yet to come here and receive everything I ordered and paid for. Checked the bag before I drove off and, of course, missing a 4 piece nugget. Got the workers attention and told them they forgot a 4 piece nugget. They literally didn’t believe me and asked for my bag of food back so they could check themselves. After putting their bare hands ALL over my food, they did come to terms they did indeed forget some of my food and gave me my $1 nuggets. Thanks for violating basic food handler guidelines and putting your bare hands all over my food because you didn’t believe me.

Quality questionable. I’ve been several times and both times I got a strawberry salad, it’s been served with questionable lettuce. My hubby’s burger was soggy like it had been sitting for awhile.

I coach tennis and after a match we brought 30 boys to the Payson Wendy’s. Normally restaurants are annoyed with that many teenagers, but Wendy’s was welcoming and appreciative of the business. The restaurant is clean, the staff is well organized, and the food tastes great!

Bathrooms are disgusting and the service is terrible. Our order was wrong and it took about 15 minutes to get our food (from mobile order placement). The chicken wasn’t cooked normally—it was undercooked and soggy.

Always quick, always professional. Although the line moves slower, you get your food much quicker as their workers know where to focus their attention for the most efficient outcome. They know that focusing too much on one task causes chaos. Great location for a quick meal!
