I got a chicken wrap and my husband got a chicken sandwich. Both were completely dry and rock hard. Not sure how a restaurant can feel ok taking people’s money in exchange for inedible food.

Isabel helped us in the drive through and was fantastic. Meals for all of our kids so it was complicated, but everything looked great. Managed to get a new favorite chocolate/strawberry frosty

The drive-through seriously took 45 minutes. I’m not exaggerating. The guy taking orders would wait about 10 minutes before he let you place an order. This happens for every single car. I saw a half a dozen cars just jump out of line because they were tired of waiting. Going to a sit down restaurant would’ve been way faster.

Worst Wendy’s EVER! Dirtiest, slowest, laziest. I stopped coming here a couple years ago for this same reason. I thought today I would stop by… it couldn’t still be bad I thought. I walked out before I got my order… but not before I was given somebody else’s order 30 minutes later. Only 2 groups in the dining area… mine and another… somebody had a 40/40 chance of getting it right. WRONG. Don’t worry, we math people. I hate leaving bad reviews. People have bad days. This is not somebody having a bad day. All these people need to be fired and start over. The culture is what’s wrong at this Wendy’s.

Went through the drivethru. It was completely packed and we had to wait a long time, but despite this they got our five orders completely right with all of the special instructions we asked for and we paid $20…at the same time we had just gotten two meals from Kneaders for $25 and they botched both despite not being busy. It’s clear why Wendy’s was busy and kneaders was not

I would have to say this is probably the best Wendy’s I’ve ever ate at. Not sure what it is but this store always does it fast and good. I’ve had Wendy’s all across the nation and honestly this is worth trying out if you like burgers.

Ate here last night. Despite the 2.9 star rating, this specific Wendy’s location holds many memories that are near and dear. Each visit to this fine establishment is always an extraordinary adventure. The employees never fail to entertain us with their charming, kind, and almost comedic personalities. Last night was no exception either. A fine young distinguished gentleman wearing a backwards hat served us the most delicious meal last night. Not only did he make a delightful set of Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers for me, but he also made the most fire baconator fries for my good friend. I must say, this Wendy’s location never disappoints. The building itself has a deep character that is often misunderstood. It’s personality is mistaken for being sloppy and unprofessional. But you must understand, it’s trying it’s best. Hidden deep beneath the brick walls and concrete foundation, this establishment shines a bright smile for anyone that walks in saying, “Rev up those fryers, ‘cuz I am sure hungry for one baconator!” I’d like to personally thank every cashier that has ever taken my order at this restaurant. Don’t let a low rating bring you to your knees. You must stand up and greet everyone with the greatest “May I take your order?” the world has ever seen. I assure you, I will return to dine here once more. I will dine in celebration, seeing my favorite Wendy’s location grow up to be such a fine young Establishment. Thank you for the lovely atmosphere you bring at 10PM on a Thursday night. Thank you for engaging with your customers and making them feel special. Thank you for the food that you fed us when we were hungry. And most of all, thank you for all the memories. I sincerely hope for your success in the future of the food industry. God bless America, and God bless the Wendy’s in Highland Utah.

One of the worst fat food places ever. Got a breakfast meal , the potatoes were cold . I had a coffee with my meal, there’s no sugar or creamer for the coffee. The croissant for the sandwich was soggy. If you can avoid stopping here you’ll be happy you did.

Asked for a receipt when they didn’t hand one to me, was told the company stopped giving receipts because “their paper supplier” could not get any receipt paper. But that it was not just this location but all wendy’s for the last 2 weeks. The idiot knew he was caught Lying, I clearly saw the car before me get one from the girl handing over food. Going to watch my bank statement because it took 3 minutes to run my card. Wendy’s doesn’t care though, to costly to go to Walmart to get some.
