This place is always packed. My son ran in to order at the counter while I parked, and by the time he came out the drive-thru line was so full it blocked the lot exits. This at 9:30pm, which must be one of their peaks during the day. They were cranking orders out quickly, but just buried in business. That’s a good thing. More power to ’em. Fun fact: The square salad containers are larger than the square trash holes. (Yes, you can angle and stand it up on end. But it’s still funny to me.)

Usually pretty good service, but my wife I went there last night and they were way understaffed and royally messed up our order. The bill seemed a little much for what we ordered, but they didn’t give us a receipt and so I had to ask for one. After getting the receipt it turns out they charged us for a grilled chicken wrap, and although they gave it to us, we never asked for it. We also asked for a lettuce wrap on one of the burgers which they just didn’t do at all. And then they forgot the sauce for the chicken nuggets. That’s 4 things they messed up.

It’s a great little Wendy’s location. I like how it’s decorated, and the food was every bit as good as you’d expect. It’s hard to say service is more than average when you have so little contact with the staff. They did seem pretty happy though.

Honestly this is one of the best Wendy’s I have been to. The fries are always fresh, and the burgers are always juicy. I personally find Wendy’s to be pretty inexpensive when I use the app. I usually order ahead of time and do a mobile order. It is so convenient and I never have to wait more than a minute or two and my food is already ready.

The only reason I keep going back is because I love Wendy’s. However, four of the last five times I’ve gone, they’ve messed up my order. Maybe something is lost in translation, but the first window is always able to confirm my order and the second window delivers the wrong thing. I’ve gotten completely different sandwiches and, most recently, they didn’t even give me dressing for my salad.

Big shout out to the Wendy’s crew! I went July 4th after the parade and they were packed to the gills and so busy as to make bees jealous. BUT! Regardless of how hectic it was and what small things were missed, EVERY customer I saw come to the counter left with what they ordered and satisfied.

Drive thru: What a mess! The last month everytime we go through the drive thru they have construction cones that stop traffic going to the 2nd ordering lane. They don’t let you order from the speaker. They have 2 order takers out side in the heat. They hand you a menu & then take your order. The menu is being touched by lots of people. It’s taking more time to go through & it’s making the line to long its going over by the hotel & the main road. After sitting in the drive thru & we got up to the window they still had us pull up & park & wait for food. Why have two drive thur Intercom speakers if you ain’t going to us them. Then we got home & we were missing part of our order. Wendy’s we love your food but your drive thru
