I ordered the summer strawberry salad and right off the bat I noticed some of the lettuce was mushy, then I noticed that some of the strawberries had mold on them. Absolutely disgusting.

The two times I have come the inside has smelled either unbearable or just plain weird. The ice machine didn’t have any ice, half the fries were still frozen, and the guy taking the order talked so quietly I had to ask him to repeat himself everytime he spoke. The heater in the building was also blasting, I was sweating so bad and no matter where I sat there was heat hitting me.

Currently in the drive thru for our food. The lady on the intercom was extremely rude, making snide remarks and seemed impatient. After naming one item we wanted, she assumed we were done and when we said we wanted to add more, she said, “so that’s NOT all?” In the most passive aggressive manner, as if us ordering was such an inconvenience for her. I was immediately put off and she continued to have a very short temper and lack of patience. I won’t be returning to this location and can see why the reviews for this location are so terrible.

We’ve eaten here a few times. They have never had the friendliest service at this location. We went through the drive-through a couple weeks ago and they were too young workers there who were too busy laughing and talking to each other to help us at all. Our food was not only cold, but we noticed this little friend crawling around on one of our burgers. I did email Wendy’s customer service line and the manager from this location wrote me back a one line email saying they’d be happy to replace our order. Not sure I would feel comfortable eating here again.

Normally a good experience.. Employee name “Jayden” decided to ruin this one for us. We were missing a drink for one of our orders, she decided to ACCUSE us of stealing food. When we received the receipt we even pointed out the meal we were missing on the receipt. She proceeded to throw it at us and pass it off to another employee. Get the food home, none of it was made correctly. Ordered a baconator got a normal double.

Easily one of the worst burgers I’ve ever had. My Baconator patties were charred and dry with the bacon Way over crisp and cold. If there was mayonnaise on it I couldn’t tell. If I had eaten this at the store I would have asked them to do it over. As it was I didn’t find out how bad this burger was until I got home. And the wait in line with the cars at drive up to almost 15 minutes. I think there is a lot of room for improvement here at this location.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Stopped by about 15 min with my son to grab an early bite. We ordered and I requested NO tomato on my burger. I drive 10 min home and go to take a bite, I stopped because o saw something on my burger that shouldn’t have been there, you guessed it, tomatoes. Now normally it wouldn’t bother me but I’m allergic to tomatoes, so in actuality, had I eaten any of that burger, I probably wording be able to leave this review.

The manager at the Peyton/Falcon location named Christian is AMAZING. He REALLY cared about my family’s wheat allergy and fixed our order to accommodate. He even came back to ask if a certain ingredient was ok! That NEVER happens! People with allergies can rest easy that this location (as long as Christian is still there) will actually LISTEN and CARE that your family has an allergy. We’ve gone to countless SIT DOWN restaurants that don’t show any care whatsoever for my family’s wheat allergy. It is really amazing to feel taken care of at a restaurant when you have an allergy and that kindness and quality of service is so comforting. After our order was brought to us and I thanked him again for his show of care, Christian said “I want you to your meal, not have a allergic reaction and end up at the hospital” and that statement was so kind and so knowing. We HAVE ended up at the hospital after an allergic reaction before so to be assured that we were being taken care of here is truly so special. Can’t say thank you enough. Thank you Christian at the Peyton/Falcon location! We will be back!!

Today makes the third time I’ve stopped in to get a Strawberry Frostie but got nothing. Bad enough it’s only available for a limited time, but when it’s a roll of the dice that they will actually have it when you do come in it just isn’t worth the time.

I would give zero stars if I could. This was the worst experience I have had at fast food. I put a mobile order in and waited 10 minutes in the drive through. I got to the speaker told them my mobile order name and they instructed me to pull up. There were still 3 cars in front of me so I waited more. Get to the window and they say “we do t have a mobile order for you”. I pulled it up on my phone that says received-they tell me they can’t do anything and to contact the ap for a refund. I explained I would like my food as I have been waiting 10+ minutes. I was not rude I was hungry. They told me sorry you will have to get back in line and order. Then they proceeded to tell me I was only waiting 3 minutes. That was very rude and I knew exactly how long I was there because the ap tracks that. Could not believe how rude mad disrespectful they were. Won’t go back again.
