Noticeably better burger quality than McDonald’s. Wendy’s fries aren’t as good as McDonald’s fries, but we already knew that. The service is decent, here. There are several items that aren’t listed on the menu outside, or at least I couldn’t find them so I asked the person at the drive through about just getting a couple cheeseburgers. He mentioned that I could get junior cheeseburgers, which are cheaper than the listed $4.99 cheeseburgers on the menu… So I got that. I also wanted a medium fry, which I didn’t see posted on the menu outside, and they were able to get me that, too. So in the end everything worked out, but if you don’t want to ask the drive through about other options not listed on the menu, it might be a more expensive trip to Wendy’s than you wanted.

Music is far too loud. I was unable to hold a conversation with a dear friend due to the volume. Ordering was also difficult due to the volume. When I asked if they would turn the music down they reported that it was an upper management decision and couldn’t be changed. It ruins the atmosphere, especially with certain song choices being very abrasive to the ears.

I don’t typically leave reviews for restaurants because I manage one and I understand the daily struggle. I understand the difficulty with staffing and working with young kids. However there is a point where you still need to make sure you are enforcing some form of quality and standards for your crew, and I get the feeling those standards are rather loose here. This is the third time I’ve come through this location, (dispite the warnings from friends and family in the area), and had my order messed up. My first two times I just got the wrong order completely, However this time I had orderd 2 chicken Pub sandwiches and the Pretzel buns where quite literally so stale/hard and rock solid I could clack them together to start a fire. A little dramatic, but seriously, there was no way to bite into them. My biggest frustration is the Crewmember had to have realized this while building the sandwiches, but sent them out anyway. I couldn’t even eat them. I literaly payed $15 for two unedible sandwiches. I tried to at least give them a chance and call the restaurant, but they never answer their phone. (At least from my last 3 visits.) So I just wanted to give a pice of advice since I cant seem to get my money back or my order corrected. I would suggest coaching and holding your crew responsible on food quality, and reminding them that if they wouldn’t eat what they are making, why hand it out to a paying customer?

I went to this Wendy’s today I went through the drive-through as I seen they forgot my sandwich I went in to get my sandwich. The manager that is working his name is Rory was completely disrespectful to me and his staff he was telling the workers in the back that didn’t know English that they better go to work or he’s going to send them home and as he turned around and said stupid Mexicans and he called them Chacho and that wasn’t it. He was mean to every customer in the line complete rude person he should not be in charge of a Wendy’s. This little girl that was working there that 16 he kept screaming at her face. No one should have to work under those conditions. I am very disappointed. I hope there is something that can be done about this, they don’t deserve that the customers don’t deserve that

I dont really go to this wendys much but I was not happy with the service. A man there older gentleman was scooping ice with his bare hand and then began cussing about me being the first customer and about a 50$ bill. Dropping F bombs. I almost asked for my money back. If youre going to cuss about a customer close your window.

Don’t bother ordering shakes after 7pm. Their machine is always broken, turned off, or whatever. It’s a different excuse everytime. To the owners of this location, if your sales are suffering its because your staff is turning off the signs and lights past 8.
