I had Wendy’s for lunch on a Friday. When we tried to enter from the parking lot, the door was locked. After a guest opened the door for us, we notice that it was labeled “Emergency exit only”. From what I gather, you are supposed to walk all the way to the front of the store by the street to enter. Once we were in, it took a while to get our order taken and the clerk seemed to be put out that she had to take our order. later we found that there are self order Kiosks by the door. The food was average and the dining room was very clean.

We went to the drive thru at the location on University, we ordered a southwest salad, a spicy chicken combo with garlic fries, and a spicy pub combo with garlic fries. We were asked to pull forward along with 5 more cars behind us. We sat and waited for over 20 minutes. I walked in to ask about my order and was asked what I ordered 5 times by the same person. I stood and watched my order being made by an older man and had to request that it be remade because he wiped his face and nose and didn’t change his gloves. My pretzel bun was burned and there was no bacon on on sandwich, the garlic fries were leaking oil through the bag. The salad was not made correctly and the service was horrible. I later found out that the older man making the food is the manager, his name is Jesus. It took a total of 45 minutes to get my order. The photo is the back of the pretzel bun that my daughter was trying to eat. I was going to go to Panda Express, but my husband wanted to go to Wendys….I should have gone to Panda Express.

I tried to pick up a DoorDash order here (which is the way I make money to provide for my family), and I was told that the order was already taken, but they said they would still make the order again. They even said that they saw that it was a separate order and still on their computer system. After waiting over 20 minutes I was rudely told that they won’t make the order, since a different delivery driver already took it. They then began implying that I was trying to do something fraudulently. I do this as a full time job to feed my family , and don’t have time for immature rudeness. The entire staff appears to be 16 year old boys, other than the manager who is the rudest one of all. Clearly the older people managing this company are encouraging the younger staff to behave disrespectfully and rude to the customers. I do apologize that your working a fast food job as a career, but please don’t take your anger out on innocent customers or deliver drivers. I can see that the other reviews for this location are also showing how disrespect the staff and management is. Shame on you, I’m sure your mother would be ashamed to know that’s how you live your life; with hate and disrespectful towards your fellow human

After work we decided to go to Wendy’s for a grilled chicken sandwich (Asiago Grilled Chicken Club Ranch). At the drive thru we were told that they don’t grill chicken or have it..?… This was a first for us, every Wendy’s we’ve ever went to has Grilled chicken… We ordered the “chicken” sandwich they have.. at the window we asked for ketchup and salt for the fries. We’re out of ketchup and salt..?… Really, and you sell burger and fries.. Go figure! We get back to our hotel room and the chicken sandwich was anything but chicken. Some sort of see through white material breaded heavily that was highly processed into looking like chicken until the second glance, tasted like cardboard. Idk if ALL Wendy’s have changed to a cheaper alternative to real chicken meat or not but it will be a long time before we return to any Wendy’s restaurant. Especially this one on university.

Expensive for 2 cool hamburgers l am very angry this hamburger are soo cool l even eat only a piece. Very bad experience l am never go back again to Wendy. Save your money! I had the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had at this Wendy’s. The food was so bad. My order was wrong and cold. I reached out to Wendy’s customer service and they’re just as bad as the food. Haven’t heard back from them after weeks of calls and emails. I have reference numbers from the customer service representatives but they’ve done me no good. Just go somewhere else. The bad food is not worth it.

The fries were good. Our burgers weren’t just not hot. they were cold. I ordered before midnight so it was over an hour before closing time. I’m not sure how much Wendy’s cooks get paid, but who ever made my burger doesnt deserve any money for those burgers.

closes at 1am but lights were off at 12:38am, it’s just really unfortunate when many places close early but wendy’s is one of the only places i think of when it’s past 12, i even called and someone answered and they said they were closed, i understand what happened i worked in fast food it’s just unfortunate because those 20 min mean something to some people
