If I could give zero stars I would. We arrived and there were a few cars ahead of us, we waited about 10 minutes before it was our turn (no big deal) then we get to the speaker and proceed to wait another 10 minutes before being helped. By this time there are no other cars at the windows and minimal cars in the parking lot. Finally I order my $5 biggie bag and the girl can’t get it right when confirming. We finally get to the window and hear 2 employees bickering about who knows what before being asked what I ordered because it had been deleted. I just drove off. 30 minutes of waiting and still left with nothing and hungry. Worst location visited so far.

Used to be good. Went downhill over the past few years. Called in my order once and they said it would take about fifteen minutes. I arrived at ten minutes and I was still standing there for another twenty minutes waiting for some chicken nuggets and fries, and it wasn’t even fresh. Most recent time there was some kid with pink hair that refused to move any faster than a snail and had the worst attitude ever (witnessed him roll his eyes directly at the woman in front of me). Thankfully another worker (the manager?) stepped up and took the long line that had built up orders. The drive thru is no faster. Better off going to chick fil a down the street, even though they’re busier you won’t be waiting in line for forty minutes. Honestly just not worth it to come here anymore.

Place empty. No one else in the place at 8pm on a Thursday night. I got charged 30¢ for ranch, I don’t use ketchup for fries anyway never happened at any Wendy’s before. Food was very yummy but it took forever. Cashier couldn’t get coupon to work from the app. And the Coke drink station wasn’t stocked with what syrups it needed to make the soda flavors yet.

What kind of manager allows their employees to have sagging pants at work. Just disrespectful and nasty I don’t wanna see you undies. Manager needs to be on top of the employees. What’s that say about management they don’t care or they run over you and you can run a store. Food was okay. Did not get a receipt.

We arrived to the Wendy’s to place an order via drive thru. We wanted to customize one of the burgers on our meal which the manager who took our order, Juana, knew of and said yes no problem. We continued to order all 4 items and pulled up to the window. We paid and after recieveing our bag I directly checked my burger to verify that the customizations were made, which they were not. I also noticed we had another burger missing from the bag. We let the drive thru passout Associate know right away while we were still at the window. Her manager heard us and we could hear her speaking through the window upset that we had brought up an issue. She stated she needed the bag back and asked where the other burger was because we were incorrect. She was extremely rude to us and we were very patient and just wanted our order so we could be on our way. Juana then irriated already asked us to come inside. I got down and went inside and Juana rudely insinuated that we ordered wrong. She said she confirmed with us and we ordered incorrectly. I explained that was not the case and I obviously knew how it was ordered because I was in the car and she even checked with us as we made customizations. She blamed me for the problem and said she didn’t charge a second entree and needed to charge the whole meal again. She then took my other entree out and showed it to me with her bare hands touching the item as she inspected it and put it back in the bag stating she would only be remaking the other entree and not the whole order. I was upset at the customer service I was getting when we were being friendly and patient. There was another staff member who helped us who was nice and told us she was sorry for the service which was nice. I told her I didn’t want be charged again nor did I want the item she was going to give back to me after touching it. The staff member was very nice and helpful however Juana was not. We asked for a refund and she said no & that they don’t that here and how if I wanted one I needed to come back when the GM was there. I told her I couldn’t and did not want to come back but continued on about how I had no other choice. I let her know that i was upset and would make a phone call which she said “go right ahead,” I ended up asking again and the staff member told us she would see what she could do and apologized before talking to Juana. Juana then came back and told us it would be given back to us in cash and we needed to sign. The team member assisted us and Juana left to get the cash. She was upset and making faces to other members as if it was us causing the ruckus. After getting our cash Juana dropped some change onto the floor before handing it over and looked down at it and said out loud for both of us to hear “I’m done and I’m not f****ing picking that up.” She gave me the change and I counted and let the team member know I was missing change and she went to pick it up off the floor and apologized again. I was absolutely appalled by the manager and her behavior. We both worked fast food before and we hold management positions in customer service so we know to be patient and were kind to the staff by remaining understanding. We did nothing to deserve this kind of behavior. I have never recieved such terrible service to where I had to leave a review like this. I will be making a corporate phone call because this was a ridiculous incident that did not need to happen to me or my husband as customers or just as people. I’m sorry for the lengthy response but no one at the store picks up the phone so I left my review here. I have never been treated this way.

Im a fan of Wendy’s, but my most recent visit made me wanna reconsider going back, at least for a while. Firstly, the service was ok but this restaurant was SEVERELY understaffed. Expect to wait 20-30mins AT LEAST in the drive thru or in-store for your meal. Lastly, the restrooms in the establishment are horrendous. They make you wanna go to the nearby home depot instead. Overall, employees were helpful but they seemed like they were all trying to do thirteen jobs at once. Wendy’s has got to really shape up this store. Would NOT recommend.

I just had the best experience at a drive thru ever! Ashley has such a great personality and really just made my day. I feel that most fast food workers nowadays are so rude but this was not the case with her. She was very personable and funny. She is quite the asset to your team!

In this particular Wendy’s (going through the Drive-Thru), I guess the “Made to Order” and “Quality is Our Recipe” are out of the window. The burgers were somewhat OK (not freshly made). The French fries were not even close to being edible. The fries were made in an oil that had seen better days (horrible old flavor). When they were served, they were soggy.
