If we could give less than one star for night service we would. Day service is good. They say they are open until 10. Nope. If you go in at 9 pm you are told they have no chilli, no burgers only chicken nuggets. Server will not cook after 9 pm. Sorry sorry service.Has happened multiple times.

Restaurant was empty and fairly clean. Staff completely ignored me and my sister in law until one of us spoke up. They were very abrupt and when it came to sitting down and eating, we felt rushed because we could hear the staff talking about wanting to close in the back. We were there for all of an hour maybe, and they messed up my daughter’s order but I didn’t want to deal with the staff so we left it as is. I never liked Wendy’s and this place made it all the more reason why. My sister in law wanted to eat there, I however will not be returning.

I had to ask for our cups and my crackers several times by one lady who just kept saying ok and walking away to not return until she had to deal with another customer. Ordered breakfast at the drive thru this morning, the young lady never said a word except yes, no and here ya go. She was brusk and surly. Maybe she’s having a bad day. Or maybe customer service just isn’t what it used to be. But we drive away feeling rather surly ourselves. How we conduct ourselves really does affect other people.

The manager, Ruben was very nice helpful funny he definitely made my night food was amazing got my food fast didn’t have a problem. Joel was an amazing help the son of Ruben he’s was also funny very helpful too. Matter a fact the whole staff was amazing like I said great food everything was perfect. Definitely need a raised ASAP

Went to Wendy’s. The Mexican men that were working there were laughing at us. They messed up our order on purpose and then laugh at us when we returned It then sit there and quote us wrong prices and laughing at the same time about it They laugh and play jokes on the customers. Then when we ate our food we got sick We are headed to the hospital. I’m reporting Wendy’s to the FDA. And I pray those guys get arrested
